  • I think this is a wonderful tip on how to properly pray! :-)

Sometimes we forget just how magnificent God really is! And we *should* think of that before every prayer! Sometimes we take our prayers for granted: saying one before each meal, like clockwork, and etc. (Some people even say the *same* prayer over and over again before each meal!)

It's good to pray before you eat... don't get me wrong! But I don't think prayers should always be ritual. God wants prayers of the heart! :-)

  • @KabbalahSherry : thank you for your comment, yes there is a prayer before you eat is the same but never sounds the same,,,, ( :)...) seriously , you bless each item (by source) of the food you eat ,

  • example, Hamotzi, Hadaama, if u have meat u bless the meat, then the vegetables, then minerals, grains etc,,,, every day u eat something diferent so for the prayer is diferent, and YES must be felt before & after you eat, G-D does not need us, but we need G-D and this meal prayers,

  • will apart in a literal sense the person from animals, (animals can't pray) the y just follow an instict. and you capture the sparkles of energy of the foods you are eating. (kosher meal, leads to kosher actions) and so the oposite is true.
