Just fold the wing down and slide it at an angle. Then fold the wings up so the black part shows, While the cockpit is still in place fold the pieces you're holding at 2:03 and pull them back and the tip of that area up and viola train mode. Believe me it's not a knock off it's authentic this series was released as a reissue back in 04' for the 20th anniversary. The train part is black by the way you can see the parts like wheels and headlight in train mode.
