This fucking disease feeds on negative energy! David Icke is the guy who claims that there are invisible aliens/demons of some sort that exist on earth to feed on negative energy. I thought may be a con artist, but i always kept that theory in the back of my head. Sarcoidosis may not be alien nor the text book definition of a demonic entity but it seems to be pretty close to what he's talking about This is a fucking "Creature" literally feeds on stress and negative emotions!
Sometimes I live life pretty much as normal, but then I'll have some new stressor in my life and BOOM! I'm new to all of this and I am just starting to notice but just yesterday I had a stress full incident with my ex and just hours later i notice the inflammation in my eye is starting up again. So I am about to go on a stress exorcism!! Literally! Funny just the thought of eliminating as much stress out of my life as possible is making my eyes feel better!
I have it too. This disease just keeps getting worst and worst. It's already destroyed my kidneys and starts attacking other part of my body organs/eyes/lungs. I have noticed something though, stress is definitely a trigger! A lot of people say certain things you eat are a trigger as well and that is probably right, but stress was definitely a trigger. For most of my life I was mostly stress free, had some very rough times for about 3 years and after i escaped that rough patch I had the illness
I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis when I was only four years old and there's yet no cure for Sarcoidosis...I suffer every day with it. I can't see out of my left eye fully and my left eye used to swell and I would be stiff all over. But now that I'm older and understanding Sarcoidosis, I accept my challenges. We all, patients of Sarcoidosis, can survive Sarcoidosis because we have heart to fight it.
I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS SINCE 03 AND IT IS A HARD FIGHT BUT IM NOT GONNA GIVE UP I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING SINCE I CANT WORK ANY MORE AND PRAYING THAT I GET MY DISABILITY SO I CAN STOP DEPENDING ON MY FAM TO TAKE CARE OF ME .. GOD BLESS THE PPL FIGHTING THIS I KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING THRUGH!!!
My Wife has Sarcoid, and I am thankful she is getting the treatments and care she needs. Also I am thankful for folks like you who are helping to bring this horrible mess into the light for many who simply don't get it.. Happy Thanksgiving.

It's hard to prove that you hurt. I had 3&1/2 liters of fluid removed from rt lung along with tissue after being told they couldn't find anything. Told they didnt know what was wrong when they opened up my left lung in a wedge resection to remove fist size sarcoid from pericardia wall. And told to just to chill while one pushed my eye out of place. I'm lucky n glad to be alive because I insisted something was wrong. I'm not making this pain up.
thank you. it answered more questions within me i struggle for a while but not able to prove, or express it well to others even closes friends, it until watching this clips the puzzle came clearer. i hope once treated with this Sarciodosis i will learn alot about myself and empathy for other. GOD BLESS YOU...
Diagnosed in 2003 lost my Brother at the age of 35 to sarcoid. I am 36 and have it in my joints, eyes, lungs and they just found it in my heart. Told often that I don't look sick. Thanks for the video
I was diagnosed in 2007. For years I suffered not knowing what was wrong. I have it in my lungs, stomach, joints and muscles, eyes, liver, and spleen. Some doctors don't have a clue on how to treat this monster. You must have a strong support system with this aswell as humble yourself before THE LORD in order to battle this. The meds alone give dramatic side effects i.e. mood swings and weakness. But what hurts the most is when people see you and they tell you that you don't look sick.
I have sarcoidosis and, as the specialists weren't offering any cures, I became a guinea-pig for a new treatment using temporary lifestyle adjustments and prescription medications. I'm now leading a normal life and my lab results are good. Google "chronic illness recovery" for more info - this is not a business ad, CIR is a charity set up to share information about the treatment.
My diagnosis came in 1997 when they couldn't figure out what was going on with my liver. I went on with my life not thinking anything about it because they didn't know any thing about the disease. Little did I know that it was breaking my liver down.In 2006 my doctor told me there was nothing else he could do for me bcause it turn 2 cirrhosis of the liver & I needed a transplant. That day changed my life. God did bless me 2 receive 1. Sometimes its so hard 2 get up bcause of the pain. Please help
April is Sarcoidosis Awareness month. In 2006. I was a single mother, full time student, Insurance Underwriter who did volunteer work as often as possible. Now I struggle to get out of bed each day and rarely get out with the public for fear of catching pneumonia. I take cancer meds to slow damage. It only took me 1 year to move from stage 1 ~ 2. Yes we do take every moment for precious, but the physical pain is overwhelming. Please do what you can to work for awareness and a cure.
I've suffered with this for 9yrs. of my life now. I've lost my hair, became a diabetic, almost lost my life 2x. Needless to say Im here still because I'm a fighter and I want everyone to know about Sarcoid. No, I don't look sick except when I feel run down, when I just want to rest. I cannot smell. Have problems with my left eye and sensitive to light, just listen to me weeze when I breathe, Or When my brain was swollen and now when I forget my thoughts. I wear makeup to hide the skin rashes
I just hope that whoever suffers from sarcoidosis will not get scared from this video but instead look life in a more positive way. I suffer from sarcoidosis myself for 5 years now and can say that there were a lot of positive changes in my life from the disease also. I learned to appreciate life and especially the little things you tend to take as granted or simply ignore them. Try this for a start and everything else will come naturally together with the strength to fight the disease.

The music is beautiful and heartbreaking. A wonderful accompaniment to this important piece. Nicely done.
