@xDeadlySynner7x That's a myth. Fat and muscle are completely different structures. You burn up amino acids in exercise, which your body fat does not contain. You lose weight by exercise, almost entirely from the body accepting exercise as an alternative to eating. Just like how a healthy diet doesn't cause muscle, creating muscle doesnt necissarily decrease body fat.

i have long legs for that its very hard to do legs raises. long legs working abs muscles as a lever... its super hard for me.. still i done 20 each exercise ;D
I cant possibly stretch my legs like that. my hamstrings are pretty short due to football. I tried stretching them with physiotherapy for about a year and i noticed only little difference, just alot of pain. is it ok if i bend them as little as possible when i hang em in the air?
allright, thanks :) I do stretching excersises as warm up before football, but it isnt that it really helps to stretch my legs further, i think it rather compensates when playing football.
@88MRloko As many as you feel comfortable with. You want to pick a number that's not too high (you don't want to get on the 2nd set and be too sore already) and not too low (don't want to make it too easy, that defeats the purpose!). Personally, I'd say in the 9-12 range. You can also decrease your reps on your last set.
I love your videos and i get the emails from you and i had a question about nutrition. What kinda of meat and how much should i eat? I heard red meat can be bad and you should stick to chicken and fish but i wanted to ask you that. And would a can of tuna be a good snack or is that bad for abs?
@patpock Red meat is okay, just not too much of it. When you buy meats at the supermarket, be sure to get LEAN meet, with low fat. It'll say it right on the package.
@FightTipsVideos Ok thanks, and one last thing. I did this exercise 2 days ago and skipped yesterday because my abs were sore and they still are a little sore today. Is it ok to do this even when your abs are sore or is that only hurting you like it would with other muscle groups?

@gunsnrosescolin2 Me, personally, I would do some cardio a day or two after doing this workout. You can make cardio more interesting by performing your cardio exercises at different speeds at set intervals. For instance: jog at a slower than normal pace for a minute, then speed it up for another minute. You will burn the fat faster simply because you're confusing your body. You can have your cardio done in roughly 15-20 minutes this way.
@patpock Just a side note: Don't get discouraged if you your body is sore longer than you expected. This just simply means your body needs more time to heal and rebuild. Don't push it if you're sore. You can also drink a protein shake afterwards to help promote the rebuilding process.
