I go to anytime fitness in Callahan Florida. And I can pretty much say these two inspired me to work harder now. Im a working single mom so you can imagine how hard it can be juggling it all. But if They can do it, i can. Good job!
That'll be me soon. I've been a member for over a year now. I stopped going for about 4 months and now all of the weight I had lost is back in a major way... I'm going back. Tonight.
@blahmeblahblahblah Well, things have been rough here for the past few months. My wife left me... not really a bad thing. But my weight loss has come and gone once again. Still a member and I go randomly. I have to just make myself go for a week straight to break this lazy cycle.
@aretz28 A cool phrase I read (meant to express something bad but can be used to describe good things too) is "not by earthquake but by erosion" (Alex Robinson, comic book writer).
Better to go gradually VS in one fell swoop. If the "one week straight" thing works, great! But don't crap on yourself if you just walk around the block for 15-30 minutes every day. (I always say, I'm going to waste some out of each day daydreaming; mine as well walk around while I do it.)
