@BabkenBMW I don't know about any domination... Maybe in USA because of brand name but in Europe a lot of people going towards Audi which has a lot better built quality.

Only competitive advantage of BMW was handling, faster diesel engines and brand recognition in some parts of the world.

In this segment if you can live 4 seats rather than 5 seats, it can be better to go for Audi A7

The look is just a matter of taste. To me, BMW 5 Series looks much better than the E-Class or the A6. But there's one thing for sure: the 5 Series is the KING of its segment.
