  • You might want to ask yourself why you are going Vegan... Because not hurting animals will make you feel better? Your reasons are probably because you want to "feel better." You will help the world much more by "feeling better" and sustaining a positive attitude and wellness... This will be ensured when you stick to vegetables and eat red meat regularly... This will help the world much better because after all, a positive and peaceful world begins with you.....meat and low carbs are ideal...

  • hi... what do you do if you're a strict vegetarian though? i can't bring myself to eat meat and im actually trying to go vegan.please help?

  • i'm type o but all i ever eat for breackfast is cereal, so i have no idea what to eat for breackfast now.

  • @jennchosen1 Hi Jenn, people used to eat actual protein for breakfast including some form of meat.... Have you ever heard of steak and eggs?... and if you want some carbs, just substitute sweet potatoes for potatoes.. not bad ehhh?

  • @jennchosen1

eggs , and oatmeal. I read that diet book and oatmeal is ok .

  • @jennchosen1 You can always got to the cereals like Puffed Quinoa, Puffed Rice or Rice flakes. Just check the ingredients list for any added wheat/barley/corn etc.

  • venison meat? i eat lots of it every year! it's also a much more lean meat than that of beef. i always wondered why i felt more satisfied after eating a venison steak than i did with beef. i'll also start staying away from more carbs... even though i love bread. thanks for the info. keep it all coming!

  • NO ONE SHOULD EAT CORN...PERIOD!!!!! It doesn't digest!!! Corn really DOES mess you up! I'm an O......I have a normal thyroid, but I can tell when there's corn junk in food. I'm sleepy immediately after I eat!

  • I've been on the Blood type Diet for 3 years. I slipped & started eating dairy & wheat..& I can say that I felt like crap! I went back to the Blood Type Diet, & felt so much better! I lost 37lbs & 24 inches in a year! I'm getting back on track...& I know it'll be great! I use a whey protein (Dymatize Elite...it's gluten-free, & it's designed for lactose-intolerant people) & eat a lot of protein. I don't like red meat, however. It's like chewing rubber.

  • @iluvthe80smom try using a slow cooker put in a roast with water meat comes out soft beef ribs boiled are delicious as well i just started this way of eating as well on type 0

  • but wheat is a hybrid fake not goot what is your take on that?

  • im O negative type and i like that so much

  • Hey there,

Yes, there are some differences between Type 0 Diet and the Paleo Diet, but the Paleo Diet and Type 0 Diet have the most in common.... You should sign up for your report @ my website... It's free...

  • are there any differences in the type o diet and the paleo diet?

    Your videos are very informative!

  • @kci411 I'd love to bring you on as a client and help clear up any questions you have... Please get back to me...

  • @stevebeisheim is there any relation between the blood type o + and the main races of world ? i mean scientifically

  • I'm so excited to have discovered the blood type diet! I'm type O and recently found out I was allergic to casein. This led me to the diet, and I'm starting to totally eliminate gluten and casein. I just don't know how long before I'll start seeing weight loss. Do I really need to totally eliminate sugar and rice (all carbs?) Or will the weight come off slowly and naturally if I'm eating right for my type? I'm sick of dieting, I just want to live and eat and exercise and throw my scale away!

  • @MimzyManor I'm glad you discovered it as well.. I have seen amazing results and have coached people to the point where they can feel amazing eating any food.... the blood type diet is a temporary vehicle to restore yourself.. Hit me up for a consultation and I'll show you how to do it...

  • I am a raw vegan for 2 years and have blood type 0. I've read that I am a meat eater based on my blood type but when I was eating meat and cooked food I felt horrible and sick... Now I feel great and full of energy. I am glad that this diet works for you, but for me it;s a big NO! :)

  • what about soy as an alternative to red meat?

  • @skaley01 HI Skaley, Soy in any form isn't particularly beneficial for Blood Type 0's . Red meat seems to have a wonderful calming and immune boosting effect... Properties that make it red activate enzymes that boost Creatine and increase muscle mass without even working out... Soy is a legume... it doesn't do this for any blood type... its only limited function is for type A's in helping combat several types of cancers...

  • @stevebeisheim dang, so it doesnt help to be a vegetarian

  • @skaley01 You could if you wanted, but you'd gain weight, you won't feel particularly good, and you won't achieve you optimal health either.... Feel free to consult with

me 1 on 1 at my website... II give 1 on 1 wellness consultations for people who are looking to ease into this lifestyle.. It works...

  • Blood Type 0's feel best when sticking with a strict paleo style diet. This excludes all grains such as rice and of course sugar.... I'd start strict and get yourself into ketosis then go from there....

  • what about rice?

  • @seegreeneyes rice is neutral for O blood type. Get d"Adamo's book. near as I can tell, the man in this video is just repeating what is in it. you can read it for yourself.

  • My husband is type A and I am type O. Is there somewhere that I can find a compatible chart on the things that we both can eat, even though we will be avoiding the things that are not good for our individual blood types?

  • I wonder why Jesus didn't know this? He gave all different type of people fish and bread. I have type 0 blood and eat what I want. The only time I am tired is when I have lost sleep. I go with Jesus! Olive oil is awesome too. The mediterranean diet is the best.

  • @rhinestonenana The bible is not an accurate historical document. even if it was, I've never seen any follow up info in the bible about how the people he fed those things to, FELT AFTERWARD. eating anything is better than starving to death, but that doesn't mean that people are thriving. furthermore, the bible I've read didn't say anything about what blood types were prevalent in the areas Jesus traveled; neither does it say he went all over the world, does it? :o)

  • @ravensoulaerobic

Thanks for you reply. I don't mean to be offensive, but our Creator knows what foods our body needs. And since we were created by him from the same dirt, and in his image, I would say that his diet would fit anyone.

  • @rhinestonenana Thank you also for your kind response. I was also raised in a religious family. I don't think you're offensive. I'm saying, that we may have been all made from the same stuff, but check the tower of babel story @ Genesis 11:1-9; it's been millennia since we have all been "the same." If we were all the same then why are there different blood types at all? Why don't the same foods grow all over the world? bec God also created VARIETY. Faith should never blind us to the truth.

  • @ravensoulaerobic

The Mediterranean diet has been touted as being the best for every ones health. I wish I would adhere to it!! You know I don't know where the different blood types came in. I just know we are fearfully and wonderfully made. I don't claim to have all the answers pertaining to God, I just know him personally and have staked my soul on his love for me and what Jesus did for us. I'm not sure I worded that right, but I am God's child!

  • @rhinestonenana I'm a fitness professional, as the name suggests. I see many advances and have tried a few. The point of the blood type info is that everything doesn't work for everyone, no matter how "healthy" it's supposed to be. there are many people who have tried the Med. diet, and gain weight BEC THEY CAN'T DIGEST THE FOODS, just as there are those who've failed on weight watchers, southbeach etc. doesn't mean they're bad diets, just that they weren't right for those they didn't work for.

  • @ravensoulaerobic

Maybe eating wrong in the first place puts people in the categories you mentioned. I personally have never read in the Bible that blood type is a gauge for what we should eat. I can see allergy problem or colon problems that would cause some problems but as a whole I don't see blood type in the equation. But I am not going to try to force my opinion on anyone or say you are all wrong.

  • @rhinestonenana You must know people who have adhered strictly to diets yet have still failed and have been depressed and frustrated that they seem to work for their friends and celebrity endorsers? anyone for whom this is true might be willing to go deeper than just food as calories, fat, carbs, protein and whatever "healthy" is supposed to mean this year...

  • @ravensoulaerobic

Honestly the only ones I have encountered are those without the willpower. And that is not a slight. It is hard to diet!!!

  • @rhinestonenana you can still be a person of faith while investigating what science, history, topography and botany have to say. when you don't know the reasons for things, there is no reason to change your opinion. just bec you don't know where something comes from now, doesn't mean you can't learn. good luck on your journey and god bless you too. :o)

  • @ravensoulaerobic

Thank You!!! God Bless You Too!!!

  • @rhinestonenana just bec something is supposed to be healthy in the abstract, doesn't mean it is. do you know how hard it is for multiple grains to digest at the same time? if you can't digest it, you can't get the nutrition from anything. Is Multigrain really all that "healthy" if you can't get the nutrition from any of them?

  • Didn't Jesus fast often? That would make it easier to do as he did. However, he had much cleaner air to breathe and water to drink than we do, so fasting for us won't be the same purifying experience it was for him. John the Baptist ate locusts and honey. Insects are supposed to be high in protein. I wonder if he was an O type? Also, the bible and certainly not the account of Jesus' life, doesn't represent the beginning of time--just the beginning of Adam and eve.

  • @ravensoulaerobic

I said God created us and from the beginning he knew our bodies and what it needed. Jesus just followed through. Yes fasting is actually effective for us today. I have fasted and the spiritual experience is awesome. It will draw you closer to God. I agree with what you say about insects and stuff. I don't want to be difficult, I just have a different view because I believe in my Savior with all my heart. And since he created the universe and us ,he knows more than us.

  • @rhinestonenana who said anything about being difficult? why would the civil sharing of opinions be taken as anything other than that by thoughtful people?

  • @ravensoulaerobic

Sorry I can be difficult. LOL

  • @rhinestonenana if you really care about THIS subject, reading something other than this youtube page and the bible might be beneficial to you. maybe you can just look up what the people of Nazareth (where Jesus was born) actually did eat and follow that, rather than guess.

  • @ravensoulaerobic

Well I will say something very strong! "And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God". Luke 4:4 So bottom line is even if you eat correctly you will eventually die anyway and the real food is God's Word which gives us instructions on living and dying right!

  • @rhinestonenana Jesus was probably more concerned with "souls" than he was with whether or not each person's intestinal flora could handle the foods that were in the area in which they lived. The Mediterranean diet IS probably best...FOR MEDITERANEANS. But for the people who can't digest tomatoes, olives, parsley, oily foods, couscous, chicken, fish or whatever else it entails, it wouldn't be. Okay?

  • @ravensoulaerobic

Yes Jesus was concerned more about souls!!! He said he came to seek and save the lost. But the people he ministered to were just like, us since in the beginning God created us all! God gave his best in Jesus and I believe Jesus set the best example when he fed people. God Bless You!

  • Let me know if you'd like any 1 on 1 guidance... I'd be more than happy to help

  • I'm 61 years old and suffer from fatigue, low thyroid and weight around the middle and I'm exhausted all the time I'm excited about giving this a try as I am a type O blood type

  • I'm blood type O and I seem to have high acid as I have severe crohn's disease.. well recently I read that I may benefit from a more alkaline diet to improve my Ph balance.. I do not know my Ph yet, but ordered a Ph saliva test off amazon.. right now, I am trying to learn if this will help me. I had read "Eat 4 your Type" a few years back, which doesn't really agree with increased alkaline. I really confused about this.. shouldn't we strive for balanced Ph? O Blood type eats very acidic foods?

  • ating red meat with just a few veggies only is the best thing for crohn's.. especially for type 0... eating 1 or 2x a day max... do not eat at night ..... the whole cause of chron's disease is a high sugar/starch diet... and you could argue that it's more alkaline.... you need the animal protein which is healing and calming for the intestines... eat rare steaks 1x a day and just a few veggies that are blood type compliant.. you'll notice a huge difference in just days

  • @Tammy2trueblues

a lot of people recommend juice fasting.. but that's bullshit for type 0's... but wonderful for type A's... If you want to get better ASAP just eat one steak a day.. it's a complete protein with every vitamin you need and has some fat... carbohydrates are optional as there is no essential need.. this is a fact.... do this if you want to get better... your choice of course...

    Regards,

    Steve

  • This video confirmed my own research. Thank you for sharing your research and time with the rest of us. I would like to point out that in a Federal emergency, the Seventh Day Adventist Church has been put in charge of distributing food supplies and they are vegetarian. That is something that we should all protest. I might also point out that this church is very tied into Nazi history.

  • Sorry for comments if they seem repulsive to you, I never said you were a bad person. If you want to keep exploring in health and good lifestyle choices, look up the 80/10/10 diet by Dr. Douglas Graham and give me your opinion on which makes more sense:

raw fruits and leafy greens vs. cooked food and animal products as supported by D'Adamo.

If you want to research more, check out durianriders and thefruitarian on youtube as well as foodnsport

  • Sorry sir, but clearly you have no understanding of human physiology or adaptation caused by evolution. What remains to be the easiest digestible food for the human species as well as all other primates? Raw fruits and vegetables.

Please I beg you not to screw with people's health by advocating this, for money or not.

  • @FruitarianSwimster

The basis of eating right for your blood type is finding what works well for the individual. Just because you eat raw fruits on a consistant basis doesn't mean that works well for everybody else.

I do agree that raw foods are a good way to eat oppose to cooked food because cooking something destroys its natural vibrational state, but lions don't eat the same as cows.

They eat meat because that is what their bodies are geared for and they wouldn't survive eating plants.

  • @1HelpingMany Yes, exactly. SPECIES specific diet. You do not see animals of the same species eating differently, nor pay attention to their blood type before for example a lion eats a gazelle wondering "Am I a type O or A, so should I eat this?" Nature allowed us not to be confused what we should eat. A human being does not salivate on the the sight of raw meat, gristle, hair, and blood, but a canivore or omnivore does, which have opposive anatomy to frugivorous or herbivorous species. Thanks

  • @FruitarianSwimster

What you said is key, "animals of the same species".

Not all humans are built the same. Actually there are some humans who do salivate over raw meat. I'm not one, but I've seen a few.

Also it doesn't matter about what we salivate over because people salivate over candy and thats horrible for you.

To say all humans have the same digestive tract and make up is totally false. We are not all the same and why in fact we are not suppose to all eat the same.

  • @1HelpingMany That is because candy is sugar, the number one preferred energy source by the body, but artificially made and without essential vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and soluble fiber. So of course we would crave it because it has glucose. But the fact is that you would not find it in nature is different.

Craving or salivating over any bad foods comes to one situation:

    - nutrient deficiency

    - not enough calories eaten of healthier food

  • @1HelpingMany Of course our digestive tracts are not EXACTLY the same! Of course we all look different! Of course we have different fingerprints! Our digestive tracts are not as varied as different species are! All species have the same diet, and each member of it of course has a LITTLE bit of a difference in their structure, but never enough that its caloronutrient ratio changes!

I don't know you personally, but I already know that you, as a human, #1 prefered energy source is glucose!

  • @1HelpingMany If you disagree that your body's number one prefered source of energy is glucose, and fruits and leafy green vegetables are not the easiest to digest, please educate yourself on this a little more, since I have so little time to do so for everyone.

Raw meat's digestion time will remain to be 24 to 72 hours, regardless of your blood type, and fruits and vegetables will remain to have a digestion time of 10 to 60 minutes regardless of your blood type or genetics.

  • @FruitarianSwimster

    Your clearly missing the point.

I could digest some pepsi in a few minutes, but that doesn't make it good for me.

If your basing your information on how long it takes to digest meals, then your missing the point. Some food digest slower then others because of their purpose.

I think your forgetting humans are mammals and you can't just force feed mammals all the same food just because there veggies. What part of that do you not understand. O's need hard proteins from meat.

  • @1HelpingMany If you do not believe that quick, efficient digestion in order to conserve energy is not beneficial to health, then I think you are missing the point.

Pepsi?! Where in the world would you find that in nature?! I am talking about NATURAL food here, not lab or artificially made products...

Im sorry, but did I mention forcefeeding vegetables? The last time I checked, a frugovorous diet consists of 2-6% of calories from leafy green vegetables, equivalent to a large salad.

  • @FruitarianSwimster

Nevermind, this is going no where.

You obviously think what works for you works for everybody and won't come off that theory.

You do realize that nature does make some toxic substances. What is good for you may no be good for some one else. Doesn't matter if it comes from nature. What part of that don't you understand.

  • @FruitarianSwimster

Or do you believe that all humans come from one male and one female but are made up to be so different.

Your right about what nature has allowed us. Nature has allowed us to know what is good for some of us and what is good for the others.

This is why some people get sick when eating certain foods and others do not.

I like cococut but its not compatible with my blood type, so when I eat it, it gives me problems.

  • @1HelpingMany BTW, coconuts are not in the fruit category, and the jelly of it is very high in fat, so of course it would make someone sick, depending on what condition they have tried it.

For example, I can eat 25 bananas after a run, if I ate them yellow (unripe) rather than spotty brown, of course it would make me sick!

There is NOT one animal in the world that cooks their food either by the way also, cooking a grain or meat almost fully changes and coagulates its chemical composition.

  • @1HelpingMany My friend, we are ONE species, not different animals with different physiology. No species varies in a big difference in their dietary intake. Nor do they cook their food, destroying beneficial enzymes necessary to rebuild tissue.

  • Of course people would feel more energetic after eating red meat. The body produces adrenaline in order to get rid of as much toxins the acidic meat produces as possible. This is called STIMULATION. Coffee drinking is another example.

  • I've always had a problem with my weight. What do you recommend I eat to lose weight? I exercise on a regular basis and I eat alot of veggies. I don't junk out often, not a big fan of sweets. I AM type O blood

  • The one thing I agree with in this video is that grains are not ideal food. Use a little common sense, if there were ANY truth to the blood type diet fad, we would know by now, it's not like medical studies don't collect information on blood type, but it's NOT statistically significant. There is a diet that works for the entire human species: raw, ripe, organic fresh fruit for the majority of calories and green leafy vegetables for the rest. Low fat raw vegan. Read 80-10-10 by Dr. Doug Graham.

  • @88persona FINALLY somebody to speak out for us LFRVs!!!

  • OH yeah, I know exactly how to heal it... If you follow my advice you'll heal effectively and permanently... I currently have a couple appointments open, so just email me @ actualize81@gmail.com for your availability

  • Hi, do you have any advice on how to treat candida on this diet? (I think I'm type O) thanks.

  • adrenaline is great for me? how else do I fuel adrenaline?

  • Thank you for your knowledge. I have much to rethink about. I have been a vegetarian for 8yrs. I am seeking support because I've been fixed on this "healthy lifestyle" But I'm realizing my energy difference since I've incorporated fish compared to when I don't eat fish. Carbs is my worst enemy. So much to learn...I'm emotional. Give thanks

  • Im a vegeterian type O and im doing fine but i definently agree about the wheat thing, it totally messes me up, so cutting that out calms you way down

  • cool... very informative....i recently heard about blood type diets, and the funny thing is, wheat products and dairy never sat well with me! I eat lots of red meat however, and cooked medium rare!!! Very ironic to learn of this! Thanks for sharing!

  • If you are 0 drink tomatoe juice this winter you'll definitely get a flu try it :P

  • I stick to this diet pretty well, but I notice that I can't eat my meat rare anymore without throwing up. (currently 41/2 months pregnant). Its strange but it seems like I feel really good when I eat fatty cuts of well cooked meat...even fast food hamburger patties with no bun or sauce. I do not gain weight from this at all and feel wonderful.

  • Hey, just wanted to say it is ZERO, "0", not "O", because this blood type has neither antigenes to A nor to B.

  • Could'nt find the blood type food list on your website though.maybe it's my computer.Your website showing up colorless without graphics.

  • Thanks Steve ,I will check out your website.

  • I've been told that a lot of red meat causes cancer I'm type o blood type.So is this not so for type o blood type.

  • @princemario Hey man, for type A people red meat is pretty dangerous.. their bodies just cannot digest it cause type A's can't break it down due to their inability to break down fats and their low stomach acid.. it messed up their digestion pretty bad... Type O's benefit from the amino acid profile tremendously and anyone O with anxiety/depression would benefit from red meat immediately... check out my website as well..... it's on my profile....

  • @princemario were you eating grass fed organic beef ? all the additives in non organic food is what causes cancer

  • thanks steve :)

  • @realityvsmyth No problem man... I"m just grateful I am able to help so many willing people feel better and improve their lives...

  • You are so right on Steve. I thought this was bull, but when i listen to you i can so relate. I'm O neg. I have to have red meat almost raw. Its true that it does make me feel better emotionally. Anything high in carbs makes me feel depressed and really unbalanced. I feel like im gonna go into a coma after eating high carbs. This all makes so much sense now. I will be watching your vids from now on. Thanks.

  • @zuniga6412 I'm thrilled you're benefiting.. My goal is to help as many people as possible achieve their natural wellness. Do some intense exercise, which will convert adrenaline to dopamine making you feel sooo good right afterwards and for about a 24 hour window.. Recommend doing it 3-4 X a week

  • I'd avoid pork for sure and I'd try to stick with the right eating plan... Want me to create a personalized plan just for you? We can consult on the phone first if you'd like.. It may bring you some good piece of mind knowing your eating foods that are good for you and healing your gut so you can cheat once in a while

  • Well, honestly i havn't eaten chocolate in months... but summer vacation just started so i was worried i'd probably be tempted to during upcoming sleepovers and similar social events.

I'm not overweight but I want to loose, like, thirteen pounds.

Also, I'm allergic to ALOT of things (literally more than thirty), and I've been on allergy pills for years now. So I just thought maybe eating right can help that problem.

  • So will I gain weight if I eat pork?

Also, what about SUGARS? I love chocolate! Must I give it up?

  • @mscarolinemui Sugars are a limit for everyone I'd imagine... What are your goals with eating for your Blood Type?

  • I really wanna know what my blood type is. I have an instinct I'm type O by the description because I do feel better after red meat.

  • u forgot corn and rice lol

  • You make a good point about red meat calming us O blood types, I"m O neg. Meat is wonderful to me for a balm to the sprit. perfect meal for me is asparagus, a little steak and a nice green salad with a cherry tomato!

  • what to have for breakfast? haha, no cereal or bread? D:. (:

  • @MsInvisibleAsh -- If you'd like energy and well being I'd avoid almost all cereal and milk except whole rice cereal (boring probably) unless you sub it with almond or rice milk...

Why not try eggs and some kind of natural beef or turkey sausages? (sorry, no bacon or pork)... I can give you an individual report if you'd like with very specific recommendations based upon your goals... this is what I do for a living...

  • does this apply to 0- too

  • @CANvsDK hey there, yes , rhesus negative people actually need more red meat... I'd try eating it everyday and eliminating grains completely... you're body will thank you... try it for a week and then get back to me

  • OMG grains, that cuts 80 percent of my diet! what is alternative ?

  • @kekedj214 Well... You have tons of Greens, Fruits, and Root Veggies like Sweet Potato and Pumpkin to Choose from.... Your diet is ideally very Hunter/Gatherer type so you NEED to incorporate Animal Protein as your main source of protein.. Your body will thank you profoundly... trust me... When you nourish your body for your DNA you will need less food and your body will have tons more energy... For specfics pvt msg me and I'll consult with you 1 on 1

  • SODA,

You can't fall asleep at all or it is just more difficult... Because at night your body may be staying awake so it can rebalance itself and remove a lot of the lectins that you were ingesting from your intestinal track... You may wake up throughout the night with adrenaline rushes... does this happen? Because that is a good sign and means healing.... How are you doing with the sugar... please pvt msg me so we can talk 1 to 1....

  • Could you explain that further?? I was an avid bread eater then decided to cut it out of my diet all of a sudden. I had adrenaline surges at night, which I naively thought was a panic attack

  • @Bandidos222 Hey there, my name is also manifestintention, but the adrenaline surges are actually normal when cutting out grains.. I bet you're releasing a lot of pent up emotion.. this is very healthy and normal... how are you doing now?

  • Hi, I neep help! I stuck to the type O diet and suddenly dropped massive weight and for a while had all this energy, but suddenly out of nowhere I am unable to fall asleep AT ALL. This seemed to happen after I increased my exercise and has been going on for 3 solid weeks. I have to take ambien. Could this be a problem with adrenaline gland? Is there a certain food or herb that can help me?

  • dude speaks the truth. I'm a 22 yr old male who's struggled with health most of my life. Always underweight, sick, fighting off infections, diarrhea almost everyday, insomnia, very emotional, etc. Around 16 I started to listen to what my body was saying and I cut out dairy from my diet, huge leap in health, then wheat, another huge leap. I used to see raw red meat and my body said EAT THAT NOW. Just now at 22 I'm eating by my blood type and am I feel AMAZING. people, try it for yourself!

  • I agree red meat is great for you if you are a animal. Like people have been saying for many years.. we are what we eat right.

  • Im scared shitless now as I detest meat and am vegi... I can only stomach eating meat if its processed so i cant see it was on an animal. I wretch at coming into contact with fat. Now I am very interested in what you say as I am lethargic get suffer anxiety problems and I want to try to eat Red meat as a test. I am overweight too. I eat a lot of sugery things and love pasta breaks and wheat stuff. I can see trialling this is going to be very hard for me. Wish me luck.

  • Thank You!

Never learned that in high school "science" class.

Red meat cures cancer and diabetes!!!

  • this diet works really well in combination with the metabolic typing diet.. and of course yes no wheat, except essene bread wheat which is ok if u have to, but spelt is better .. ! what happens if ur O and want to become a vegetarian.. ??

good work ! thanks - peace..

  • Thank you Steve, I have just been researching the internet and came across your video. I am a type O positive and need to change my lifestyle. So far you have given me some good information. Thanks x

  • More questions than answers in your video:

generally speaking, carb diet consisting of less complex are bad.

pls explain how a high carb - insulin spike affects the thyroid function?

A low carb high nutrition diet is good - for any blood type..

    Contradictions:

If proteins are good, how come caesin is bad ?

the amt of fat in milk ranges from 12% to 3 % as per toning. As you say fats are ok for O type.

    Dairy should actually be good.....

  • First off, The Thyroid produces T4 mostly which travels to the liver to produce T3.. If you're insulin resistant or have some resistance (due to high carbs) your liver will not produce T3 very well....

For 0's, most carbs aren't great and eating nutrient dense foods is vital....so obviously nutrient dense veggies and not grains...

Dairy, our system doesn't know what to do with the stuff and it clumps our blood... Everything has protein in it, it's just the source of the protein that is key

  • thanks steve, for sharing this information i will certainly try moving in this direction becuse i have had sharp pains on my left side for years and other problems as well

  • I know I'm a type O because both my parents are O's and I've been avoiding wheat for a while now but a couple weeks ago I ate a few TINY bites of cake with regular wheat flour and I felt absolutely HORRIBLE for the rest of the night... I'm not doing that again! It gave me an awful headache and sucked all the energy right out of me.

  • I tried going Vegetarian.... within a few months, I was tired all the time, cold, on edge, and what some would consider dangerously thin.

    I am a type O Blood type.

within a few days of adding animal products back into my diet I started to feel better...

  • Epaperman,

I'm thrilled to hear it.. I can't believe how amazing you can feel when people stick to this lifestyle... People are reporting amazing results!

  • You're amazing! I'm 15, type O, and feel weak whenever don't eat meat or fish for just one day!!

  • You are 100% right, i am a type O who became 200% better my Eating according to the O-type diet. NO 400% keep it up.!!

  • Steve: tell me...how is it you have O-BLOOD-TYPE? EYE WANT TO KNOW YOUR TRUTH-CLAIMS AS EYE DON'T WANT TO OPENLY CALL YOU A 'FUCKIN'-LIAR PREMATURELY!

FROM WHOM DID YOU INHERIT YOUR SO CALLED 'O'-BLOOD-TYPE? YOUR MOTHER? IT CERTAINLY WOULDN'T BE YOUR FATHER!

  • @Standardfrank

Why would you be so mean to someone?

  • @libra5041 : The StevebeisHeim claims for having O-Blood is a FRAUD! White People are not O-BLOODED! They are B,AB,RH BLOODED=MODIFIED-DERIVATIVE! Black people are O-Blooded matriarchal=sun-gene, black-hole-compatible and complete 12-DNA-Strand-Complete. Sbh is not O-blooded, he has received an O-BLOOD-DONATION! Derivative Blood-holders can take, steal, use O-blood infusions but not visa-versa! Any black taking Derivative Blood-infusions will DIE! Sbh is an illuminati-shill VAMPIRE-BITCH!

  • what happens if you dont eat organic meat? do you not benefit at all or just not as much? or perhaps it slowly kills you...?

  • the sugar doesnt make me feel so bad, even if I have a lot..Potatoes and wheat are really the worst for me. It seems like after cutting them out, if I give in to them now its way worse than before. I wonder if there is a difference between being o+ or o-

  • Very informative video, thank you for posting this. As an O myself, I struggle with weight gain and acne and found that wheat is to blame after I read about the Blood Type Diet. It just makes a lot of sense. But its such a shame that the media and our doctors emphasize cutting out red meat and eating more whole grains, when in fact that advice is not for everyone. Lets hope the Blood Type Diet will make it's way into our society and media more!

  • When you eat food your body doesn't like it wants to expel it immediately, so you have a bowel movement...

I understand the sugar cravings also.. Your body is adjusting and mad that it can't have all the "crap" it used to, so it is throwing a fit while you balance out....

I guess we all have to ask ourselves: What's more important? Feeling good and health or sugar? You can always contact me directly and I'll be happy to help encourage/support you through this...

  • Hey Steve, I am just starting this new way of life and I too am experiencing SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR cravings but I am in part giving into them since sugar is neutral for O's... if something is neutral for us then how much can we eat like umm BUTTER? I almost cut it out of my life totally but now I am THINKING I can indulge a bit, within limits. So, for neutral items what do we do?

  • the diet WORKS, only problem is I cant take a dump without some kind of laxatives on it. I also have trouble staying on it because of the intense sugar cravings. even after eliminating it for some time they come back and I cant even stand it

  • GREAT VIDEO! thanks you 4 making this bro. ^_^

  • You have great information with some opportunity on presentation and mannerisms.

  • Thank You!
