man i hate firefox now id used to be good for me but now i use safari because firefox crashed really bad on my computer. i tryed to uninstall and download it again still the same problem. I got safari now problem.

You have a few good points, but in Firefox you can use about:config to enable pipelining. Although that makes it a tad unstable, and a bit of memory hog (which you can fix also), it makes it much faster than Safari.
I have a mac and I've wanted to use FireFox because it had some sweet addons and features, but overall it's just a lot to deal with, and Safari is WAY faster on my Mac. Also Safari doesn't distract you with all these other features, maybe that's why it's so fast? Who knows, both have their ups.
I can't believe you have all that Apple stuff on your computer, yet you use a PC!!!! Get a Mac. By the way, I don't know which version of Safari you were using, but tabs have always been available in the Windows version of Safari. You prob needed to enable them in Preferences or s/thing. I use both browsers on my MacBook. Right now FF 3.03 is my default but only to bring in a few changes. Safari is still great. Better than any Windoze browser, with all the a/virus & firewall hassles!
Though this test is no good. You have to clean cache before each test, in each browser. Otherwise you probably cheated by loading page in your favorite Safari first.
Now, there is fasterfox addon for firefox.
Also, the most awesome browser is internet explorer, because its the most compatible. Businesses still use IE. That's coming from a guy that uses firefox by the way.
Ultimately, you guys have no life, thus conflict between which browser is your only source of exitement.
Ah, internet explorer is quite the stud! Especially since Microsoft had to rush to release and emergency patch for it when hackers used IE to access password banks on sites, which is impossible on any other browser. Yeah Internet Explorer!
For me, right now, the only solution is Firefox + NOSCRIPT browser.
That's because I got viruses through both IE and Firefox. They come through scripts from banner ads. Firefox with noscript extension will run circles around Safari.
the bookmark and tab function on safari works wonders for me. safari is my main browser and i haven't had a problem with it since i started using it... apart from some file format problems that i was able to fix and overlook. But, safari is WAY faster than firefox, guarenteed.

I don't need all those Apple advertisements on my computer. And what the heck! They tried tricking me into atomatically installing their Safari onto my computer, every time there is an update. I don't want it!
I wouldn't use Safari in Windows, if only because it looks ugly inside of the Windows UI. Opera is slightly slower, but only by a few milliseconds. So I'd use Opera in Windows. But in OS X Safari is just great, and it has some awesome plugins to give it the functionality power users want.
firefox is amazing on all platforms but it can't beat safari on a mac. Safari is virtually flawless on a mac.

i use hi-speed internet, and cache isn't much necessary for me

either you have extreme speech problems or a swelled tongue, but it's really hard to take you seriously when you can't pronounce things right.
if your tongue is NOT swelled up, use the tip of it and touch the touch during certain areas in pronunciation, such as L's.

i have never seen safari get beaten (speedwise) over safari.
