Great video, when I go to set up a Promoted Videos Account, I get a page that tells me that starting in early 2012 all Promoted Video Accounts will be handled through Google Ad words. I was unable to figure out how to set the banner ad up at no cost. Any help is welcomed

I had call to action ads on 3 of my videos and they all stopped working early this morning (~12am). I've talked to the adwords people and they seem like they have no power to fix it. Even when I put new videos into the promoted video program I still can't enable the CTA ads, I go to edit the details of the video, fill in the fields, and upon saving it says it saved but the fields are blank again. Any idea why this could be or who I should contact to fix it? Thanks in advance.
