@slee116 oops, I accidentally left a comment with my sister's account. anyways, she told me that Paris has one of the best breakfast buffets on strip.. maybe just because of their crepes lol but I'm definitely going to check out this place next time i go to vegas
Spent Christmas in Vegas and also saw the long lines at the buffets at the various hotels. Mandalay Bay's buffet was $43 and it was just as crowded as the $13 buffet at Circus Circus.
i was there the day after christmas for a few nights. I went to the Rio buffet on that Monday night. Two and a half hour wait, but not for me I'm a Diamond members so I literally was seated in 1minute :)
Just got back from Vegas last week. Tried to eat at the Paris Buffet but the line was way too long. The Excalibur and the Flamingo buffets were very good. Excalibur had a special where you pay about $25 per person and then you could go back as many times as you want. Or, if you ate between 2 and I think 6pm the buffet was buy one get one free.
I personally don't like neither did my family we like planet hollywood a million times better. the food didnt taste cooked and it was cold and too I'm never going to that buffet again oh well that's my opinion you have yours and I respect that.
Maybe it is not so cheap, but this on is one of the best...you can chose only lunch and there will be lot of food also.Dinner costs $24.95 and is served Mon-Thur. from 5:30 to 10pm;until 11pm on Fri and Satur. Dinner is offered on Sun from 4:30 to 10pm.Lunch costs $17.95 and is served Mon through Satur from 11:30am to 5:30pm. Breakfast is offered 7 to 11:30 am daily, priced at $12.95.On Sun, a special champagne brunch is served from 11:30am to 4:30pm,priced at $24.95
Please, take my advice and EAT here. This is great food, great value for the money. All you can eat french food, cheese, meat, seafood, french dishes coq au vin, veal, roast beef, wild mushroons, lots of fine deserts, creme brule. DO NOT MISS IT.

@FETTGUY I second that, the breakfast/brunch was really good the last time I was there. Seafood for breakfast, you don't lose at all.
