man, i love francis as a player. he could have been so much better though. I felt like he didn't really work on his game in the offseason. he never really worked on areas of his game to get better. he started out great in the NBA b/c of his natural atheleticism. but once he started getting the injuries and losing a little of his atheleticism, his game went down hill b/c he never improved the other parts of his game. he couldn't even break into the lineup on the Griz or Houston late inhis career
