u inject yourself with syringe, next inject meryl then take out the enemys and keep shooting mantis doll [it doesnt matter which one] and when it falls out grab it equip it and aim it at her and press L1 and yank your controller back while aiming at her

u dont have to inject meryl, i injected myself and when i aimed the two dolls in the air they didn't move my crosshair, i kept shooting at the dolls and they felled both of them, and picked them up, i used the mantis doll to carry the screaming mantis so i used it and yanked my controller and he was like ahh and ahh, i seen his life/health going down and he is DEAD!

No one in Metal Gear can permanently die. Gray Fox was straight up killed, but they took his dead body and made him into Cyborg Ninja. Big Boss was killed and incinerated, but he's back to life, good as new. Raiden's head was decapitated and put on a cyborg body, crushed by a gazillion ton battle ship, and he's still here. If Kojima wants him alive, he will stay alive.
