that's warren haynes, he plays for allman brothers (played?) and his own band gov't mule.

i think he usually uses his les paul (custom shop historic) with stock burstbuckers 1 & 2, into a multi amp set up, mostly a soldano slo-100. his tone in his video doesnt sound like his usual tone though...maybe he just rolled off the tone control.
