Nice monitor I have a common Nile monitor about two feet and I was wondering what is the best way to tame him of her and do u know how to sex them my Nile huff and tail whip but will let touch him I really have not tried to pick up yet and the color is more white and I dong know why he won't eat as much as he should be could it be two much heat not enough two dry not wet enough thanks for your time I'll be posting video later tonight hope to here from you thanks again

in my life by all kinds of reptiles? that one i have no fucking clue.. but it has to be close to 1000.... i worked at a pet shop for like 2 years and use to get bit quite often by all sorts of random stuff... but the nile actually hasent got me in around 2 years or so.. not to say she dosent try... but he have a pritty good understanding of eachother and for the most part she just whips and hisses allot.. and then again when i do have to grab her she usually shits on me.. its fucking gross

Im a cook too. I too am working on getting a house. Have been talkin to a realator. I would like some space to expand on my collection. House I went to today had mad closets with shelves. Excellent! Its in great condition too. built in 1923. One of the rooms had the wall of shelved closets all the way across. There's my T room. Intend to get a water snake, and a couple frill-neck lizards too. Plus many more T's and some true spiders..

i don't want to use it.. its one of the least beneficial most unnatural substrates that can be used. the only reason i think im going to get away with it is im going to have a deep container in the cage that will act as a den or a egg box filled with plenty of nice moist soil. its just that when you start giving your monitor a space that literally takes up half the room your talking about like 400 to 500 pounds of dirt to fill it up... its just getting a little ridiculous. .

grats on the house dude, i just got my house about a month ago, spent about 6k moving in so i haven't got to update my niles cage. i dunno if i want her finished cage to be outside or inside, i like the fact ppl see her in my living room. Im not worried about temperature, its hot here.. its like 110 every day and in the winter the lowest it gets is 70.. yea never snows here. peace and love your vids
