@elrevoltoso There are hundreds if not thousands of fighters in America who try their best just to get noticed. Though Ayala was not as good as Morales or Barrera, he worked hard to get good enough to advance himself to the world stage and compete at that level. Give him the respect he deserves, and you shouldn't belittle the thousands of boxers who bleed in that ring just for your amusement.

I currently train in a lesser known gym in Astoria) you'd know an average professional boxer would hardly get to Paulie Ayala's level, let alone earn a championship fight, even an under card fight for that matter. Do you understand how hard an average fighter has to work just to get noticed? All you know is what you see on TV.

As a boxer, that is a very hard thing to do. To be able to earn a shot against Morales or Barrera is almost impossible for a boxer of simple average skill to do. That's what you don't get, since most of your opinions are based on what you see on TV, not actually living the experience.

Ayala is from Fort Worth and people were always
talking about how Great Ayala was but he was not a Great boxer he was average at best....
Barrera got him Morales got him and he stole one fight from tapia....
