wow, so what if a guy shot a deer,... better yet a fake one. There's more important things in life the DOC should be focused on rather than entrapping a man for shooting his dinner.
@oakland002 The state will never give enough money to have a decent enforcement program. It was always be understaffed. They probably had to pull an officer from another county over just to do this. Where I live there is one officer per county
i think i know this spot. i live in washington co. mo. there was a game warden here named buck buchanan forever. he is old and retired a few years back though. i believe he is the one in the truck. lol he is the one that did my hunter ed class when i was a kid.
Entrapment basically is being forced/lured to do something you would not do. The test for entrapment to be a defense is no predisposition or predilection to commit the offense.
hey limitup - entrapment? you cant be that ignorant. Entrapment is defined as: the luring by a law-enforcement agent of a person into committing a crime. But what your missing here is in that State's hunting regs I am sure it states that you cant carry a loaded gun and shoot across the road from a road into someone's property you dont even have permission to hunt on. You dont deserve a gun.
Bunch of stupid poacher, it's a game, get it. If you go out and find yourself a nice tree and wait for it, there come, whats so hard about that. lol, i guess somepeople will learn it the hard way.
