sorry guys, I'm "lost in translation".
I'm not a native English and I'm trying to understand this lad.
I guess while speaking about the fish he is using Irish.
But, please forgive me here, what the h.ll he is saying. :)
Can someone put the subtitles, I wish I could understand more...

No, he's not speaking Irish. He's adding 'icus' to the words trying to make them sound like latin; "salmonicus filleticus, headicus, tailicus, sea-foodicus". So you see, if you take off it 'icus' you can understand it better! Hope that helps you!
