Yes, the pictures were all taken on the 5th May 2007 on the 21st Victorian Extravaganza as outlined at the beginning of the short film. The black & white effects and date of 1897 reflect what it might have been like exactly 100 years earlier. It was not intended to "fool" anyone and I regret you missed the point of it.
there are a few sprocket holes missing on the film , or perhaps it`s your projector ( lol ) gr8 stuff !!
