You are contradicting yourself. It is Illegal to emulate games IF u are stealing them. If you own a wii and a copy of Rayman it is perfectly legal. Which he obviously does....because it is fake.....like u said. And people used emulators in case like their wii or Rayman game broke so they dont have to pay $50 to replace it, is the legal defence. this is easy, the sensor bar is not even a sensor, just a set of IR led bulbs, the same bulbs used in tv remotes.

The bar is only plugged into the wii for power and nothing else.

You can unplug the bar and use 2 tv remotes either side, just get someone to keep hold of the remote buttons and use your wii.

It is so obvious how it is done.

The laptop has Video in and he is just using the laptop screen as a tv to play the Wii through.

The sensor bar is plugged into the Wii not the laptop.

When he inserts the blank disc into the laptop he then inserts the real game into his wii.

When the camera goes behind the laptop see the sensor bar wire hanging over the back of the table, this is because the wii is under the table.

The Gamecube one doesn't even work 100% yet so no chance of a Wii one for a few years.
