The point is nobody ever became 'successful' by staying in the hood. Everybody I know who found success done so AFTER leaving the hood. They didn't get rich in the hood & decided to move out.

according to the charts i looked at on wikipedia, ontario had a lower crime rate per capita then pei, but ontarios crimes were more violent and serious. pei was more theft and other minor offenses.
