Major problems with this item. It's impossible not to get dust under the self adhering screen protector film they give you. And you can't get the bubbles out from underneath when applying which makes the ipod screen look dirty. And the dock or stand they give you won't stand up the ipod. This piece of recycled plastic may be eco friendly but not user friendly. Way overpriced ($24.95?!!) even if it worked! $5.95 maybe, if it worked. Refund time!

THEN for the case itself.

I find that when I have it in my pocket a lot of crap gets in the case and it looks awful and can scratch your iPod's back. So I have to constanly take of the case and clean it.

Also, the screen protector I got with it had a tiny whole in it.

And just the other day I dropped it, barely 2 feet down on a wooden floor and the case just snapped open and the iPod landed on the floor.

Do NOT get this case, I HIGHLY regret getting this case.

I got this case because of this video.

First of all the issues I found about it, I ordered it from the Apple store and it took them about 8 work days to deliver it, because the company who where suppose to send it couldn't find my address, how is THAT possible?! Also, on the info page on Apples homepage it says that if the package costs less than about 100 bucks and is less than 1 kilo it's suppose to come with the regular mail, and this package is surely under 1 kilo and cost 24.95$.

i had the Agent 18 case until today. Reason I got a new one is I like to cover the whole front of the iPod besides the touch screen. My Agent 18 left the whole front of the iPod open and risk of pressing the button when its in your pocket. the new case i got covers the bottom portion of the iPod and around the button, preventing accidental press. and it came with 2 cases so i got 2 of them, but one is gay pink.

I've tried searching for the case in stores like target, best buy and even the apple store but had no luck. Apple store did have agent18 ecoshield (not clearshield) tho. Make sure you get the one that says made for second generation too! I just ended up getting it through amazon. and so far i'm satisfied with the case

u dont need a shit screen protector. it makes the ipod look like shit.

the screen is made of glass, you will NEVER be able to scrtach it under noramal use. unless ur gonna jabb it with a key or something rough or sharp, your screen will be FINE i had my touch for a year with only using a,the ipod video 5th gen apple pouch(that came with it) and its perfectly fine.

the back has some scrtaches of course but no matter hwat the back will always get scratched.
