yes the jeet kune do is the way to intercept the fist, no style,did not form.I am a black belt in karate.but i know very well all martial arts.

As a response to somebody that mentioned the similarity with Wing Chun:

This video portrays Jeet Kune Do students. The trapping might appear similar to Wing Chun for somebody not familiar to Martial Arts styles.

Also in this video you can see some innovative fitness techniques for gaining strength.

Wing Chun gave me good center with its forms. Jeet Kune Do helps me in efficiency and being free from form.

Not to mention that Wing Chun was Bruce Lee's foundation art. I think Bruce Lee would've agreed with Victoria's last statement for himself.
