It's alright making fun of Filipinos about how they speak in English, their grammar, I admit I am a Filipino who once was a call center agent, but the thing is. why Americans are so stupid? I mean simple computation of their bills they can't even get a calculator, a pencil or a pen, and a piece of paper and get their bills rather than being "Irate" over the phone. What is the sense of taking your frustrations to the agent?
I believe this is a genuine call. I've heard that brekker sound before where the "k" is like a growl from a Portuguese friend so I thought this recording could be real. As call center agents, you cannot justify immediately that it's a prank call. I think the agent and the supervisor handled the call very well. And it's really funny!
