I used MS Paint, Photoshop 6.0, and Windows Movie Maker 2.6. The whole thing took me about 15 to 30 minutes to put together and upload to youtube.

No, I did not draw each frame. I actually took it from another video on youtube which has Osaka performing a normal Loituma, and edited in a knife in place of the leek.
