  • Serious gaming hasn't existed on the Mac since Marathon.

  • Imagine it on 12 core Mac Pro!

  • Not so serious, but what should I expect? It's a mac, designed just for graphics.

  • Why do all these people say macs are shit when they are the ones choosing to watch the vid? If u don't like macs, don't look them up.

  • Bla bla bla bla MAC IS THE BEST. Its à Mac and Windows in one what do you want. More ,,,,,just pc NO !

  • When i played wow on my mac the highest FPS i had gotten was 156 but usually it's 100+

  • Wow, world at war looks very nice on the mac pro. I almost wish I had a powerful computer.

  • What is the name of the song ?

  • I have to admit iMovie works pretty good even with my piss ant small clips from ZS3/AVCHD files.

My 08 MacPro is similar in build with dual Cinema 23's".

Road gear, 2010MBP&iPad. Works for me.

  • goddamn it, what should i choose to buy?!! The i7 Windows 7 Ultimate (16GB RAM, 3,33 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTS 440 1GB) or this son of the Mac Pro????!!! SOMEONE HELP MEEEEEE

  • @TheRavensArk buy the one thatll save you money and is better

  • Your computer is not that good. It sucks. Doesn't even show more than 30-40 fps when you're gaming and that's not a gaming computer experience. But if a computer can run tough games and still show over 70 fps, then I can tell you it is a gaming computer.

  • @jungelsucks98 This video was made 3 years ago....

  • @greysong5 SHIT sorry dude but its kinda laggy

  • @jungelsucks98 I also bought my computer in summer of 2006.

  • @greysong5 AND, its a fucking MAC, this piece of shit prob. cost him 3 grand

  • @jungelsucks98 haha nope, sorry but gaming computers dont have to hit over 70fps to be a gaming computer, thats a weird comment, yes no doubt mac's are no gaming computers, however 30-40fps is very playable 20 or under is not and to be honest 70 fps is over kill, if you hit 70 fps on new games that mean's you need a new pc :P(like me still got a core 2 duo) or you have very high end gaming computer.

  • What I don't understand is, that the Unreal Engine was release for the iPod Touch, but not for Macs. WHAT THE FUCK!

  • 2009 video... and 3 gb og DDR2 ram?! pff! xD

  • @CrAzY3AGL3 serius gaming.. Yeeeeeah... xD

  • bra, don't hate, choose the computer you like, if you like it then it was worth it.

    peace bra.

  • lol if ur serious about gaming try PCs they are honestly better!

  • I love my macbook pro but seriously PC is for gaming !!!

  • Very exciting results. Geting GTA IV soon and as soon as I get my 5D Mk II camera I'm definitely going to get one of these machines. Nothing fancy but maybe an extra graphics card or the newer model up at about 3,500 dollars. So long as I can enjoy a bit of fun time after work.

  • @greysong5 i wanted to know how you made your intro title... im in love with it. :P

oh and this video made me jizz a lil :)

  • @greysong5 i wanted to know how you made your intro title... im in love with it. :P

  • You do know macs are not meant for gaming right? a PC will always out do a mac in that area. I'm a mac person, but I know if I want to game i need a pc.

  • Why is everyone here complaining that because you can't max out games that it isn't serious gaming? What does serious gaming have to do with graphics? Serious gamers are people who play to win and be the best. Have fun marveling at your graphics while I rock your shit.

  • @f430scud4eva o boy haha implying you could even touch a pc gamer while using a mac

  • @superdupercake Who said I have a mac?

  • That's a Companion 5...

    @soulbruva3000

Look mate, though I really appreciate the overall Mac experience, not only it is expensive as hell, but also.. PC components will always be ahead. Anyone that knows a little about custom builds know that... Oh... And about the 8-core thing... It's a xeon CPU, which means you'll have a MUCH better performance with an i7.. It's not made for gaming. Any guy with a 2000+ dollars fancy Mac should know that... I guess...

  • you dickshit thats an imac not an apple mac pro ... fucking retard

  • @MediaChaz what are you talking about :L as far as i can see he has the Mac Pro hooked up to a 23'' Apple Cinema Display and a LCD TV which is mounted on the wall

  • You're testing a PC you got in 2009 and couldn't even use fraps on with a game from 2008. GG

  • This video is as gay as the music in here

  • You can see the Ps3 camera

  • All that stuff is freakin epic...

...Except the the MAC, belongs in the garbage. D:

  • OMG Serious gaming? With a Cinema Display????? Never heared about input lag?

  • great vid mate. As for all the people down here commenting and arguing, you are all a bunch of fucking nerds. It's just gaming my god how much of a loser can you be to have to argue over the internet over specs and whatnot? Jeez people go outside or somke a blunt or something

  • @dialaname then howcome you are watching this videos? if you are watching this, you are "supposedly" a serious gamer. and you'll know that these people arguing have a point.

  • really nice set of spekaer man ;D

  • @dialaname Yea, No Shit. Total BS by all of them.

  • @TehChillinJuggalo we should stay with windows where microsoft actully cater to us ^^ i dont have time for nimy pimy photo editing even though i have cs4 lol

  • @TehChillinJuggalo yesh but still amazing for gaming ^^

  • all you mac users should get back to what your machine was made for playing chess and solitire ^^ because this sucks

  • @TehChillinJuggalo its not slow its faster than most computers

  • omfg song?

  • @XLilShaneX Royksopp- In Space

  • the specs don't really hold a candle to the kind of gaming i do this is not serious you could call my set up at best moderate i7 overclocked to 3.5 8 gb ddr3 @ 1003mhz

    1gb gpu 1 tb hardrive

  • I am looking to get a macbook. the only computer game i play is counterstrike source. will CSS run fast enough if i get the 2g RAM macbook, or should i upgrade and get the 4g RAM macbook??? is the extra 2 gigs worth it for counterstrike source?? any help would be GREATLY appreciated....i am new to macs

  • @abel41144114 How ridiculous dude. The master piece of gaming is the graphics card. Of course everything is important. But the graphics card is the most when we are talking about gaming. But, maybe you don't know, but some PC have more than 1000Gb of RAM and can fit four Intel Xeon and still up to use 2 graphics card.. Even Mac server can't handle with PC server.

  • @CaioHeil

Finally, something we can agree on. He clearly has no idea what he is talking about, and appears to be a Mac user. This does not represent me well. Although in my defence, I am native to the PC and only began using Mac (I am aware that a Mac is a PC, and only using this for the sake of simplicity) around February.

  • @DavidTangKiller

Or get something called Windows. Via something called Bootcamp. :P

  • Well it seems to me this dude made a video to show off his whole system and gaming environment. It looks pretty nice and comfy to me. Perhaps that is his definition of serious gaming. I am not sure why everyone is bitching about the video. Besides, since when does playing the game "maxed out" make a person a more serious gamer than anyone else?? Hell I know plenty of people with powerful PCs that watch themselves get tea bagged regularly.. while "maxed out" lol

  • why do people get so mad with this pc and mac thing, if u like macs then stick to macs if u like pc's then stick to pc's dont get butt hurt because of someone elses opinion, so either take the dick out of ur ass or shut the hell up

  • I have test a mac pro 8-core and a imac i5 and the imac was the winner

  • Ahh... Mac... Often hated never duplicated.

  • You're insulting serious gamers calling this "Serious Gaming".

Macs can't handle games as PCs can.

Don't call it serious gaming. You can't play games maxed out.

Serious gaming are on PCs, not Macs.

I'm starting think, Mac users doesn't understand nothing about specs and gaming (as someone here said this is a descent video card). They think Starcraft 2, WoW, etc, is serious gaming. Go use Benchmark in Crysis, Alien vs. Predator, Just Cause 2, etc, and will you see what is serious gaming.

  • @CaioHeil Oh, and I assume "Serious gamers" are the teenagers of the world, right?

Time and time again I laugh at ill informed people like yourself. Before we start, I have been a die hard Windows user for well over a decade and have an i7 desktop that, in all probability, craps from a great height on whatever your 'gaming' rig is.

Here's the thing - Macs can game. Macs can game VERY well. Get an i7 Mac and bootcamp it - it'll run games better than your same spec pure Windows PC. Guaranteed.

  • @PJacko1985 How ridiculous. With OpenGL and no SLI/CrossFirex support?

No thanks. If you really think you can handle games with a Mac as PC Can, do what I said. show me a Benchmark score from Crysis on a Mac. If it get a better score than a PC (something I really doubt) I will agree with you.

  • @CaioHeil Well mate I can tell you for a fact that my 13" Macbook Pro (Core 2 Duo 2.4gz, 4GB DDR3 1066, 256MB Nivida... something or other - hardly 'great' specs) runs Cyrsis far better than my Win 7 i5 laptop with 1333mhz DDR3 and a 1GB ATi 3D card.

I'm talking about boot camp here - not OSX. I'll be the first to admit that 3D performance is... well, shite! At the end of the day, both platforms are fantastic - it eventually falls down to personal preference (and budget as Macs ARE expensive).

  • @PJacko1985 If I was going to buy a laptop, I was going to buy an alienware, an Asus, a Qosmio, a MSI, a Falcon northwest , I dunno wich one, but a dedicated gaming laptop one.

    But I'm talking about Desktops.

And as I said before, all I want is a Benchmark score from Crysis on a Mac. If it get a high socre or better score than PC, I will agree Mac is "serious gaming". But this is so interesting, I don't find it anywhere. I can supose why.

However, yes. Mac can game. But Serious gaming? So far.

  • @CaioHeil I know we're talking about desktops matey, that's why I mentioned the fact that the 13" MacBook Pro can play Crysis :p imagine what a Mac Pro can do. I don't have the benchmarks but they will be out there - trust me, if you can afford something like a 27" iMac or a Mac Pro, they will game with the best of them.

Personally I'll be sticking to Windows for gaming but don't knock a Mac until you've tried them - they're surprisingly able gaming machines and can tackle high end no probs.

  • @PJacko1985 gaming PC's like alienware are pretty dam expensive too

  • @Death102 Aye, very overpriced and underspecced for the most part! That's why I always build my own machines - saves at least £500 every time :)

  • @CaioHeil I think super metroid is serious gaming, not any of those games.

  • @CaioHeil don't be a douche. be nice.

  • @CaioHeil

You have just made a blanket and incorrect statement. Any Mac Pro can run Windows natively, along with any PC GPU of your choice. The OS is a very ill-informed factor by which to judge the performance of a PC.

  • @troy2062 Every time I talk about benchmark Mac players just run or say something with no sense. When did I talk about OS? I think you didn't understand me. So I will say again. Give me a benchmark score of a MAC runing games like DiRT 2, Alien vs. Predator, etc. Really high specs games. If you think you can play games in MAC as PC can, don't say to me, SHOW me a benchmark score of a MAC. If you get a better score than PC, I agree mac is better. If it doesn't, just another waste of words.

  • @CaioHeil

I assumed you were speaking of the OS, as there is little hardware architecture difference between Macs and PCs. A Mac Pro with the same processing power, RAM, and GPU as an equivalent PC will provide the same benchmark results. Stating that Macs in general are inferior in terms of gaming does not make sense, as this conclusion would be drawn by comparing the particular hardware specifications of a selected Mac and PC. For example, you would not compare an iMac to an Alienware.

  • @CaioHeil

If you wish to talk solely benchmarks, that is fine, but it all comes down to hardware. Comparing a Mac with an ATI 9400 to a PC with a 5870 and then exclaiming that Macs are inherently inferior for gaming does not make sense.

  • @troy2062 Something you said make sense, a MAC with same specs as PC will get the same score in benchmark. But you forgot something, only PC can have two or more graphics card (SLI/CrossFirex) Mac doesn't have licence for it. So the high end MAC have a single graphic card while Pc is able to have up to 4 graphics card. so my question is, how the hell a MAC can play games like or better than a PC? This is what don't make any sense.

  • @CaioHeil

Under Windows, any Mac Pro will support CrossFire.

  • @troy2062 MAC is up to two video card at all. While PC is up to four. Still no sense.

  • @CaioHeil

Incorrect. The Mac Pro is perfectly capable of managing four cards in CrossFire, please research before you post.

  • @troy2062 There is not incorrect. Mac is not able to fir frour graphics card. Only some PC's can fit 4 graphics card because it needs 8 expansion slots, something Macs don't have.

  • @troy2062 Mac Pro have 5 expansion slots and each graphic card use 2 expansion slot, so the max you cna put in a MAC is two graphics card. Another invalid argument.

  • @CaioHeil

You should have said two dual-lane graphics cards. You are correct in that there is only enough physical space for two dual-lane graphics cards. However, this also permits sufficient space to run two 6990s in CrossFire, something which few gamers will ever need to do. If you want to go beyond that, fine, but then why are you buying a workstation for gaming?

If you want to go down the road that Macs are inferior for this type of gaming, the same must be said of most OEM PCs.

  • @troy2062 I'm not trying down Macs, I'm just saying the true, Macs aren't made for gaming. There is no way to call this serious gaming. Alot of games can't be played in Mac own OS. Need to install windows. The upgrde is limited as hell. PC can fit easy three graphics card and some can fit four. IF ssomeone want a computer to gaming, Mac isn't an option.

  • @CaioHeil

Macs are built for gaming, but they are not built *specifically* for gaming. Might this be what you are trying to convey?

In terms of the Mac Pro, about the only thing separating it from the likes of a custom-built gaming PC is its limitation of 2 dual-lane GPUs (which could technically be overcome through case modifications). But suggesting that because of this, it will be incapable of "serious gaming" is rather unfair. Surely two 6990's in CrossFire counts as serious gaming.

  • @CaioHeil daaam those games would be awesome if they where in a mac

  • @CaioHeil get a life....serious gaming....go outside meet a girl or hang with your girl if you have one. Hang out with your friends. wtf is starcraft 2 and WoW i've owned mac's for years and iv never heard of that. Honeslty...thats kinda pathetic...your whole speech there out "Serious Gaming".

  • @MacgirlGHV2 How do you can call me pathetic If you don't even know what is Starcraft 2 and WoW? Serious, If you really don't know what is this, I have no idea what are you doing here. I think you don't even like to play games.

You did the same thing I said before. Every time I talk about benchmark to Mac users, they don't say anything or say something with no sense.

And I don't know why are you so interested in my life, but I have a gf and friends to hang out.

    Just another invalid comment.

  • @CaioHeil i guess you're one of those hardcore pc lovers so im not gonna bother to start an argument with you so...yea.

  • @CaioHeil macs run windows :)

  • @CaioHeil Oh gosh, really, I found that comment so stupid "serious gaming are on PCs, not Macs" Now, I know that Macs really aren't the preferred choice for playing games, but either way, if you can play games on there at a pretty decent quality then it's still gaming, no matter what.. I reckon it's good to show someone gaming on a mac because you don't see it often, how about you leave people alone and just let them have fun with what they're doing? :)

  • @CaioHeil you left out the one game that brang every computer to its knees for the last two year, GTA 4 try maxing out the settings on that with a mac nie comment

  • @CaioHeil i'm asking this because i dont know, so dont get this the wrong way ;-) : if you throw windows on the machine it wouldn't matter, would it?

  • @CaioHeil then what is the difference between mac and pc ..Only 7 or 8 fps more thats it or what i think thats it..

    Idiot

  • @CaioHeil thank you, i dont have to tell him the same thing now. mac sucks

  • @CaioHeil Uhhhh its called bootcamp meaning we can do the same thing LOL with no drawbacks

  • @CaioHeil

this video is from march, 2009.

ur comment is on the early 2011

  • @CaioHeil macs can play every windows game you can find. ever since the switch to intel they have the same processors and video cards as other computers at the same price. and look at the date. this was when the new gt 200 and 300 series of graphics cards weren't out. and when intel was still only running core 2 series. you say the cheapest laptop is 1200. well theres a reason. it has a dedicated graphics which if i look at pc's the cheapest dedicated graphics laptop i found was 1500.

  • @CaioHeil Caiohell you are really stupid, you think just because its a mac he can't be a serious gamer. It is completely irrelevant that he can't play the games maxed out, and how do you even know if thats true. I have a brand new Mac Pro and i can play SC II on high.

  • @CaioHeil nice put mac fags has nothing on it

  • @CrAzY3AGL3 can you say that now? i7 CPUs and 8GB DDR3, Top videocards...

I play on a PC but i have my macbookpro when i travel. so shut it nincompoop

  • @siggihm there is better laptops then macs you douche

  • @siggihm 8gb dd3 1333 GeForce GTS 450 Intel Core i7 2.8 GHz Processor Windows 7 home premium and it will some your mac by a mile and wont cost as much so stfu.btw look up alien ware pcs and laptops they have twice the power.

  • @CrAzY3AGL3 All i said was that its a mac now adays can run the games, easy !

Oh and btw, you stfu. as it seems, you are the retard playing games on a laptop.

A mac is the best laptop money can buy, it has a much better OS, smoothness and build quality !

I play on a good gaming rig, still believe you are a nincompoop..

  • @siggihm oh epic fail kid 8gb dd3 1333 8800GT1GB 2.66 GHZ QUAD CORE :) and it smokes your mac i paid only 400£ in 2009. so stfu

  • @CaioHeil No.

  • @CaioHeil As a developer when I look at your argument I can agree with somethings but in all reality Mac is more powerful. While Pc may look like they have better performance its not the case. Its just that more people have developed for Pc (so far) and as more and more users are being added to Mac so are more and more developers. When you create a game and run it Pc is much more difficult to deal with and is much less powerful and unstable. Your arguing about popularity not power.

  • @CaioHeil Fuck u dude he was probably using bootcamp to run windows like i do mac os is gud at everything besides gameing so jus run bootcamp and max out ur windows settings

  • @CaioHeil Also Xbox is serouis gaming XBOOX 360 AND PC are 10000x better than mac

  • u can build a better computer for less than 800$ (that if its expensive)modify bios and use a pirate patched copy of os x if u dont want windows xD.....

  • @Raditz3666

This computer would KILL a computer that you built for " less the 800$ ". A decent graphics card alone that could be considered a gaming card is probably a radeon 5750. That alone is almost $200. Then a nice CPU, maybe a i3 or i5 if you really want to beef it up. $150-$400 depending on which clocked speed you buy. Lets see how much money you have left... Opps only $200-$300. A legit copy of Windows 7 home premium costs $199. What about a PSU, or hard drive? Ram And a mobo? Nothing.

  • @Bethefisher

OMG! decent video card? get a 9800gt 100$ thats more than enought nowdays, a coolermaster psu at 550w could be at 70$, you've never bought for amazon?

build an amd pc with same specs + shipping(that includes weight) and u'll c

of course if im wrong i apologise, ita only a standar knowledge i dont realy know too much 'bout that.

  • i like your vid its cool,i subbed is thiese the mac pro2008?

can you make a vid off mw2??

  • 8800 GT LOL! SERIOUS STUFF HERE!

  • Can you do this with just a macbook pro?

  • Games do not utilize more then one CPU.

You would be much better off with having dual graphics cards under SLI or Stream.

Apple does not support SLI or Stream.

So a PC is far superior for gaming then a Mac.

  • @dinnerandashow actually some games use multi-core and SLI works with a mac pro under windows so you actually have no point and you are just spouting shit.

  • @LOVS2SPOOG

    You are a reactionary idiot.

You don't even know the difference between cores and cpu.

Apple OS is not licensed for SLI. Learn to do research before you make a fool out of yourself.

  • @dinnerandashow i know apple os does not use sli, i said it works under windows you complete retard as for the difference between cpu and gpu yes i know the difference i'm not a fucking cum dumpster of a brain-dead slob like you. i was reffering to TWO different things DUH!!!!!!!!

  • @LOVS2SPOOG

Its tooooo late. You made a idiot of yourself.

Next time learn to shut up.

  • @dinnerandashow This game isn't even for Mac you idiot, so it wouldn't even matter if Mac OS X (not Apple OS) supports SLI, because you would be running it under Windows via boot camp.

  • and now.. tell us how much did you pay

  • @DanioOoX I highly doubt he bought this computer for gaming.

  • @DanioOoX He payed about 2 grand.

  • Please tell me how much this cost?

  • mac pros are built for servers, and high end media editing, NOT for gaming

  • @gamerneek servers? i dont think so

  • @gadgetboy1234 Mac Pros make amazing server machines. Did you not hear about Virginia Tech taking hundreds of PowerMac G5's to make a supercomputer?

  • @kiddfroster i know but i think it would be a waste

  • Doesn't it bother you Mac guys that you have to run a Microsoft emulator to even play games... I have an Intel/NVIDIA rig and a AMD/ATI rig... Both are clocked well over 3GHz (3.2 and 4.0) respectively, running a GTX 470 and a ATI 5870. Now that's gaming. It is a really nice setup you have, it's just not going to win over any hardcore gamers as Mac is a joke to us.

  • That's one fat ass computer. Mac's all the way. Seriously.

  • mac will never be serious gaming, just doesn't have the extreme video card support that PROPPER computers have... !!!!!!!!SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the last great cod game. the ones after are shit payed by the numbers

  • In Space <3 :)

  • theres no serious gaming on a mac

  • like the song but not the mac sorry.. it jus too plain for me.. but good performance though

  • Comment removed

  • @manbearpig3445 No it's not...It's 5.

  • all you guys who think the Mac Pro is nothing special don't know a shit about it. First thing you need to know THE MAC PRO ISNT MADE FOR GAMING! Its a workstation, with features like up to 12 CPU cores, insane data path architecture, extreme RAM possibilities and everything needed to provide raw power for professional work.

  • @h4x0y And thats exactly why PCs own Macs

  • @fcbarcelone3

Get your facts straight and be specific. PC's (windows-based machines) can only own the Mac Pro (yes we were talking about the Pro) at gaming. I clearly mentioned the Mac Pro is for professional use, not for gaming. And let's be clear about ALL Macs: none of them is 'meant' for gaming, that's why apple always puts a 'bad GPU for the price', as windows lovers like to call it. Those GPU's are just not needed for the purposes people use macs for.

  • @h4x0y Yes I know,Macs are built for professional use,and Pcs can be used for professional use too,in fact you can get a hundred times better PC,than a Mac,with the same price, like Macs are so special and need to be sold expensive, why is that?

Macs are for professional use,Pcs are for both, professional use and gaming, wich is exactly why I love PCs,I know Macs are fancy looking, and yeah there are some ugly PCs,but most new Pcs now look good, including my lenovo laptop that I love <3 lmfao

  • @fcbarcelone3 why expensive? because they dont have the disgusting support of PC's, they're made of environmentally friendly, and more durable, materials like aluminum, glass and no plastic, the OS is based on UNIX and works stable even after overloading with software. And there is no PC featuring 12 cores and 32GB of ram and such an extremely efficient data path architecture and overall case architecture as the Mac Pro.

  • @h4x0y but if they're ''enviromentally friendly'',wouldnt it be nice if they were cheaper,to make people go for it and buy Macs,or its just another reason to grab that f*cking price up that Steve jobs is taking advantage of ..

  • @h4x0y No. There is a pc with 12 cores and 32GB ram

  • @MYsterYmarcus probably a server like the one at my school but not any regular old pc...

  • @Rrichthe3 Alot of PC manufaturers sell workstations, wich is exactly what the mac is. They usually have intel xeons and up to 120 or more GBs of ram

  • @Rrichthe3 I just compared a workstation from dell, with a mac pro. With the exact same parts, except the Dell came with a better graphicscard, The dell with shipping cost 2200 dollars, the Mac pro with the same components cost 3000 dollars! AND you get 3 YEARS of included warranty with the dell, and if there is any error they will replace the whole system in the next day!

  • @MYsterYmarcus yup, and if you want a mac, do what i did, download os x leopard and put it on one partition.

  • @Rrichthe3 Actually, i have osx on my PC right now

  • @h4x0y A good GPU is needed for "professional use" if you render video, or convert video, or you work with 3D, you need a good graphics card if you dont want to wait 3 months to render a Full HD video

  • @MYsterYmarcus so you're going to tell us that a couple of million people who bought the mac pro are dumb because of the GPU? These GPU's, the 5770 (mono and SLi) and the 5850, arent bad at all and they're optimised for mac, including mini-display ports for supporting up 3 1440p displays each GPU.

  • @h4x0y The GPU on the Dell was a MUCH better graphics card, it was a workstation card, and very powerful. AND im not saying the mac is bad becouse of graphics, the graphic card is ok. Im just saying you can get an equal or better for less cost, ofcourse then without OSX, and in a worse looking case. And since the dell is aimed at businesses, if you ever get a error, they will send a new one the next day

  • @MYsterYmarcus true, but dont forget that apple offers unbeatable support with AppleCare so no worries with whatever kind of error, and apparently with OSX you won't face any errors at all. When buying a mac, you pay alot for the OS (though upgrading costs less than windows), but some professionals prefer OSX, and if they want it on a powerful workstation the Mac Pro is the best choice for them.

  • @h4x0y Dells business class support on their workstations is much better, if anything happens with the computer they will REPLACE it WITHIN 1 day! Thats alot better than sending it to apple and wait 2 weeks to a month. But ofcourse, if you prefer OS X theres only one legal way to go.

  • @h4x0y you mean 1600p screens :)

  • @SuperCarsFullHD yes actually, but those 30" 1600x2560 displays have already become oldschool, the new thing is 27" 1440x2560, because of the higher pixel density and the 16:9 aspect ratio...

  • @h4x0y I know they are oldschool and I also think the new screens are better especially the higher pixel density

  • how the hell is this serious in any sense? the system here is actually somewhat outdated, even considering the tech from early 2009. Not the mention the common-grade hardware that is common with all computer manufacturers.

  • i my pc beat this mac

  • @professionalrax Well my hd5870 and 2,33ghz quad-core im only getting 30'ish fps in dala so i dunno if u'll get 60+ there but.... elsewhere yea very smooth... and im getting max fps on cod all the time so yep

  • @professionalrax hd5870 has only like 20% better performance... i'd go for 2-3x gtx460

  • I didnt expect the entire video to be about gaming

  • @professionalrax and for wow it's pretty much about CPU

  • @professionalrax GTX 460 costs like half of 5870 -.-'

  • @professionalrax get gtx 460

  • How did you make the intro?

Please help, because i have seen it on thousands of videos! I really want to know how everyone has it lol

  • @Tucky1471 with imovie

  • Why serious gaming? Btw, I am sorry to say but this computer has nothing special.

  • @ELGENERALPETERSON

A new version is supposed to be revealed today.

  • You Mac and PC fans must realize that mac and pcs are built for 2 completely different things, a MAC is made as a workstation, a PC is ALOT more powerful at games, so for you guys that says that MACs are awesome for gaming. you're totally wrong, and for you guys that say that PC is better than Mac in any aspect. you're also wrong, mac is awesome as a workstation!

  • @crackfug Macs are insane for gaming your just uneducated about them and dont know what your talking about.

  • @beeftothetaco123

    srsly, no...

Just look at the paper, a 2000$ mac can pe put together as a PC for like.. 800$ max!

for 2000$ on a PC u can get an awesome pc that kicks any mac's ass at FPS games, yes i've tried mac's to so yes i have experiences with them to, and they're awesome for everything EXCEPT gaming:/

  • @crackfug hahahahahaa sure you can pay a quater the price. the mother board on a pc of that value is complete shit. the ram is garbage. sure they may seem similar written on paper but hand in hand mac wins hands down. mac's are built and designed together everything about them is top notch. build quality, parts. recently apple did a test to see how it compares. PC running on bootcamp runs BETTER On a mac than a pc runs it itself.

  • run the dolphin emulator on bootcamp

  • everything you can do on the mac you can do on the pc but not the other way around

  • @bood3e o rly? Tell me a least one thing you cannot do on mac lol. They are the same.

  • @bood3e Thats what i try to tell everyone but they never listen.

  • so wat kind of fps were u geting? 30?
