  • What a lucky, lucky lady . . . *sigh* . . . I think I'd just have to go AWOL--couldn't bear to leave all that sexiness home alone!! (Okay, so I've got a tiny bit of a crush on RW!!) =D

btw: Beautiful song; touching video. Lovin' it.

  • Just music that makes me want to live .... Thankyou Soulive ...

  • The two who disliked this video have no soul.

  • The Vibe here is sick!

  • soulive + reggie=dope

  • Laid Back taking in the hot Tones

  • Reggie watts is the shit

  • this band soulive remind me of the

    group WAR. great song!

  • Perfeitaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa essa musica!

  • perfect mate, just awsome song...not like the usual soulive but still great....

  • Needs a little more clavinet...

  • this is not the Soulive i know...

  • Hey its the "What about blowjobs" guy!!!

  • @gsargen1 fuck you learn his name. thats mofunking reggie watts

  • if even one has this can they send it to me, or tell me how i can get it? its not on itunes. please

  • I think krasno's phaser is Maxon PH350.

  • This is an amazing song and beautifully directed video! Thanks osvben. Awesome Soulive!

  • Does anyone know about that ORANGE PEDAL that Eric Krasno is using on this video? Or how his gear is set up? I'd like to emulate his tone on this song!

  • Looks like a MXR Phase 100 or something

  • @rotisserize It looks like a Maxxon pedal not sure of the model though. That tone is pretty easy to get, sounds like a clean Fender blackface with some delay on it. Some parts it seemed like Eric was doing a "volume swell" and I also heard some tremolo in a few parts.

  • the singer sing in college humour blowjob video....

  • Who is the lead singer?

  • Singer is Reggie Watts, he has a band called Maktub.

  • Love their instrumental stuff, but this is my jam.

  • soar through......soulive continues to expresss themselves through one block or another.....I feel as though they are the solid foundation to reach a new height....930 club one love....many loves they continue to reach new heights...new heights.....reach

  • Could someone please tell me the album this song is on, otherwise im not sure if this is soulive because i cant find this song anywhere

  • not on any album but you can find it on a few live shows

  • i like any of soulives colaborations with any of the artist EXCEPT TOUISSANT i think hes fucking garbage and ruined alot of there music

  • why do you think touissant ruined alot of their music, just curious?

  • The cd with toussaint was nice, though...

  • "Turn It Out" I meant not "So Live" that was a great album.

  • Its about evolution. They already know as do we that they can jam real hard. They blew my face off at the "Avalon" in Boston doin "So Live" stuff. As much as I like that style of jazz I like this song its a nice touch and they are evolving nicely and doin what they want.

  • Soulive is great and they pick new directions because playing the same stuff gets old...plus they really don't care too much about those record companies...I enjoy their wide variety of sounds...I do wish theyd bring back the horn section...Ryan,Sam,Rashawn..mmmm tasty!

  • As much as I love their all-instrumental stuff, I really think this was a good choice for them. They found something that allowed them fresh inspiration. In all honesty, I'd rather see artists change over time, rather than milking a formula 'till stagnation. Besides, it's also not like they've completely abolished instrumentals from their setlists.

  • All you all, disin' this song are...dumb A** Fu**S, there are a few of you that understand what is going on, Danm, people need to grow up and think...

  • agree with street, yeah this whole fascist video shit is getting old so many bands have done that already and the trend ain't slowing down

  • Fantastic!!! Is a beutful song...

  • Why do people always want to play fascist and demand that musicians only play is expected.

I find it interesting to see people try new things. I personally like this song. Click on it or not click. People make choices.

If I were a vocalist I would love to have Soulive back me up.

  • could somebody tell me from wich album is this song please??

  • i like dis song.

iz der best 4 me cuh im not really a jazz person

  • i never knew soulive did a music video

  • Dont know if I really dig the "new" direction the guys appear to be taking...that is - adding lyrics by watts and making sappy pop'ish songs such as this one. Sure it's still tight and is still Soulive, but hardly representative of the pure funk and souljazz that made them famous. Reggie watts gets really annoying after awhile folks. Let neal, alan and eric's music do the singing...

  • not cool not cool rogsgroove its not a "new" direction they play what they want to play when they want too play it. and this video is old their not with reggie watts right now

  • Yo...how old is this song??? And since when is Soulive making videos??? This is awesome! Big Thanks for posting this!

  • This video was made february 2004. Possibly it´s their only one. Cheers.

  • great song. i can understand why they never did it live though.

  • so nice.. thanks

  • Soulive.... simply the best!! No post like this!!! I want more and more... and more.
