  • What happened is Kerry killed those childeren and ruined there lives.... And you know what the police did? They ruined three more childrens lives by throwing them in jail for 19 yrs

  • @HaloKittycat3

    Do you mean Terry?

  • I am ashamed that I did not keep up with this case like I should have, but that is the past. All I can say is that it makes me so happy to see these innocent men finally...FREE!!! It is overwhelming!!! God bless the MW3! And God bless all those who spoke up for them when their voices did not matter...starting with (but not limited to) Johnny Depp! Much <3!

  • Watching them hug was one of the highlights of my year. Love it!!!

  • Finally! .......TMZ reports on something that means something!

  • they are finnaly free after almost 20 years. that is exacelant

  • Baldwin & Echols are now(10-2-11) on Piers Morgans show but WHERE is MISSKELLY ? huuummmm. They're saying JM is mentally handicapped-BULL! KM had sense enough to repeat his "lines" but was not allowed to talk beyond that during their "press conference".

  • @DrHogfan I think they`re guilty

  • This whole thing is a disgrace. How anyone can believe these three are innocent is beyond me. Read Damian's medical records - this kid was SEVERELY mentally ill on the day of the killings. Read what he did to the dog. Read about his witchcraft and satanism activities. He calls himself a sociopath on his application for disability, which he was granted in full because of mental illness. Jesse M, while borderline IQ, is still capable of giving a reliable, truthful account of what he saw.

  • YESS FINALLY CHRIST!

  • wow. just came across Jessie Misskelly's taped confession on youtube . He wasn't coerced, beaten, questioned for 12 straight hours or any of the things that wm3 supporters said happened at the time. He answered questions unlike someone who is really retarded and would be unable to do. Misskelly said he threw up because of what he saw.

  • Look @ Echols turn his head away from JM when JM starts to talk. If Misskelly is the numbskull(not retarded) everyone says he is he WILL spill his guts one of these days. Either to his folks or to someone. Echols and Baldwin are already distancing themselves from Misskelly. Why does Echols or Baldwin not say we hold nothing against Jesse because he was coerced into a confession. JM seems to have fear in his eyes, to me.

  • @DrHogfan

You can go on about how someone "turns his head" in a video all you want, but these men are not guilty of these crimes. Please do research and you will find the truth in the facts of this case.

  • @thinlinebetweenable Go on about it ? You know you see him turn his head away @ :11 when Misskelly starts talking. Why did he do that? Because he knows JM spilled the beans on his sorry behind? There's tension between Misskelly and the other two . That's pretty clear. At least between JM & DE.....Why?

  • Ok if you say so

  • Their why we need an amendment to the U.S. Constitution as per abuse of the law and court system by officers of the court through withholding evidence, faking evidence, and other abuses of the system for their personal gains !!! Upon conviction they should receive twice the sentence of those they screwed through their actions !! Hundreds of people are now being freed or shown to be innocent based on DNA or other evidence these days. Some died in prison !!

  • Guilty as hell! But alas - you freed them didn't you!!! Well done you!!!!

  • @weirdcitykid lol yeah all me. I'm in Canada you idiot lol. But I'd gladly do it again!

  • @TheBipolarPrincess Misskelly took police to a 2 acre pond and told them if they dove in to this particular part of the pond they'd find the knife. They did what he said and sure enough they found they knife. How do you explain that away?

  • @DrHogfan Well without seeing all evidence neither you nor I can ever speculate how or what was found or even if DNA is involved. So being that DNA came back negitive I can only sound like a fool if I questioned evidence I can not see. Besides, if that knife was related to the crime, all that would prove is that he knew about it and not that he actually committed the crime. There are a lot of questions that may never be answered.

  • @TheBipolarPrincess You're kidding me right? You're saying that Misskelly just knew of some random knife and it's exact location in that pond?

  • @DrHogfan No that's not what I'm saying. What I am saying is that just because he knew that a knife or the knife was is a certain place does not mean that he committed the crime. Do you know what was tested for DNA and came back that it did not link to any of the defendants? I can honestly say I don't know what was tested. All I know is there is a lot of unanswered questions.

  • @TheBipolarPrincess You sound like a fool for relying on the presence of some sort of matching DNA evidence as conclusive proof that that guy was invovled. Not every crime scene will involve the criminals leaving behind DNA. DNA evidence is most properly used in rape cases as a means of identifying, or excluding, suspects. Expecting that there will be DNA evidence confirming their involvement at every step is a sheer fantasy and it leads people like you to discount other credible evidence.

  • @xChuckNorrisKickx Look simple put the State felt like there was enough to justify letting 3 "murderers" out of prison. The State needed to save face and this was the only way the State could save face and these men could once again walk someone free. Everyone is untitled to their views. Yes I do believe they are innocent but the reason I posted this video is for the sake one put his beliefs aside for the sake of another human and friend. It was truly touching!

  • @TheBipolarPrincess The prosecutors and police did screw up this case. They should have waited and gathered more evidence instead of rushing to prosecute these three without question. Note, however, that the State continues to maintain they are the killers; and the State is very likely correct. Your "belief" that they are innocent is exactly that; a belief with very little basis in reality at all. They are out on technicalities, nothing more.

  • @xChuckNorrisKickx As much as this will make me sound like a child come on like the State has never been wrong in anything. Yes they messed up. They had to get a guilty because they are elected. If they had 1000% proof they did it why make a deal in the first place? Why did it take a new Prosecutor to see an "end" to this case? If they are guilty then why can they even say they are innocent? Again far too many question and that's not why I posted the video.

  • @TheBipolarPrincess They screwed up the case because they rushed to try them based upon confessions that were later excluded for technical reasons. Once that happened though the case was already underway and they could not turn back. The state should have waited and gathered more evidence but they did not, bowing instead to political pressure. None of that detracts from the likelihood that these three are the murderers. People like you need to learn the facts before opening your mouths.

  • @xChuckNorrisKickx Well here's a fact for you, your an idiot. I'm not saying your comments are right or wrong but how dare you to try and belittle someone because they don't see things the way you do. You have missed the point of this video. It's not about the trial but about pure emotion and someone doing something for the sake of another human. That's all. I know enough to comfortably say they are innocent. Don't be so quick to put someone down for having a point a view.

  • @TheBipolarPrincess Telling you to learn the facts is not putting you down. You are representing the actual facts falsely, so you need to be corrected. It is disturbing actually that you would make a video showing the alleged compassion of one killer for another killer. You actually don't know enough about the case to say anything that is worth hearing.

  • @xChuckNorrisKickx Then why do you feel it's necessary to comment at all? I say agree to disagree.

  • @TheBipolarPrincess I'll only agree to disagree as to their guilt or innocence. I will continue, however, to correct your factual errors. Maybe if you actually had all the facts then you would not be so sure of yourself.

  • @TheBipolarPrincess I have learned all kinds of shit about this case. They should have never been arrested or even thought of as supsects. They were made suspects because the cops asked a juvenille officer who could have done it. From then it went on. What some bullshit.

  • @DrHogfan Do you have proof that the location of the lake knife came from Misskelley? I just scoured the Internet and I can't see anything connecting Misskelley to that knife. For starters, check out the page called "The Lake Knife" on jivepuppi com. BTW, the "2 acre pond" you refer to is actually Spring Lake, a large pond in Baldwin's trailer park that I calculate as being closer to 20 acres than two acres. Anyway, please back up the connection between Misskelley and this knife if you can.

  • @nathanjamesbaker If the lake is 20 acres as you say then it's even more remarkable that JM took the authorities to the exact spot where they found a knife. I could take police to lakes for the rest of my life and tell them to jump in here and you'll find a knife and it would not produce diddly squat...EVER. I'll hit the powerball before that happens. Look,I talked to a person who is directly connected to this case and he said they are all guilty as hell & he's not originally from Ark. so he's n

  • @DrHogfan You still haven't proven this statement: "Jessie Misskelley took the authorities to the exact spot where they found a knife." Are you saying your source was the word of another person? That's hearsay. If this allegation about Jessie were true, then yes that would be pretty compelling. But it's not true.

  • @DrHogfan In my research, I also found a very recent story (June 27, 2011) about what an awful place the trailer park is where Jason Baldwin lived. Even to this day it is literally filled with child molesters, criminals, and other scum. I will send you the link to the story. The story is called "Arkansas trailer park residents find themselves in a dangerous no-man's land in Lakeshore." The relevance of this article is that it's not surprising there might be a knife in that lake.

  • @DrHogfan One other thing: Miskelley told the police that the knife used in the crime was a fold-up knife. The knife found in Spring Lake was a large hunting knife that did not fold.

  • @DrHogfan Also, why did you say the lake was two acres when you weren't sure of that, either? It seems to me that you're just repeating what you've heard orally from someone, and/or misremembering what that person said.

The truth is that two witnesses told authorities that Jason's mom threw a large hunting knife in the lake behind their house BEFORE the murders. Prosecutors failed to share the information about the two witnesses with the defense.

  • @weirdcitykid Yes agree sir they are guilty and the canadian coudn`t actually free them but have a big influence thanks to Johnny Depp and Marilyn Manson

  • @23wade2L Um Johnny Depp and Marilyn Manson are not Canadian so I don't see what being Canadian has to do with it. And there were a lot of celebrities that got behind them.

  • You're asking someone with the handle of bipolar princess why she thinks their guilty. Ask her tomorrow. I have worked in the criminal justice system for 20+ yrs as a Forensic Nurse Universities use this case as "case law" in chain of evidence class. To show how you can ignore evidence and focus on appearance.when a prosecutor and politicians are feeling the force of the public. supreme court judges are appointed every one else is elected. Nothing points to them.

  • @becicsi You have all the social skills of a gnat. I would highly doubt you are in the medical field due to your comments as anyone in the medical field can contest Bipolar is something I have not something I am. Also I would think one such as your self would not make opinions based on your own beliefs but hard facts. So FACT these men are innocent as DNA has cleared them, in my books as I don't believe they will get another trial. If you agree with me why are you "making fun" of me?

  • @becicsi Oh and just for the record. I don't take offense to your comments. I understand this would needs even the smallest minds to help run it. Someone has to sweep the floors and clean the toilets, all upstanding jobs in my books compared to the judge and pretty much anyone who thinks these men are guilty. Thanks for coming out! LMBO

  • @becicsi You`re crazy ,The men are guilty as sin

  • The wm3, in a plea deal, admitted that they killed the 3 boys.

The defendants by acknowledging there was sufficient evidence towards guilt pretty much destroyed the supporter efforts to dismiss the evidence. All these years of back & forth between "nons" & "supporters" arguing about if there was sufficient evidence only to have the 3 convicted admit there was.

These 3 have confessed their way right out of prison thanks to you supporters. You helped free 3 child killers. You must be very proud?

  • @exhibit500 You idiot read what the Alford plea is. Damien did not have that much more time left. Now they can fight for their true innocence from the outside

  • What a beautiful day for Damien, Jesse and Jason. NOW LISTEN UP ARKANSAS - GO FIND THE REAL KILLERS YOU INCOMPETENT FUCKS!!!!

  • This is Amazing!!!! I never thought they would get out. I am at work as well and I'm trying to explain to everyone how amazing this is. :)

  • I love the hug at the end, lol. I heard about them being free early this morning at work in the break room at work and pretty much shouted in joy, got a lot of weird looks though, lol

  • got bless all of you .... hope you have a sucseful life

  • So fucking guilty!

  • @Ssmith5307 but what would make you say that?

  • @TheBipolarPrinces I Johnny Depp as much as I love his acting he is starting to rub me the wrong way as he also campaign for the rapist who ran away and did not serve his time to set him free as if he should not have to do his time like everyone else just because he is a movie producer that girl was a child and he raped her brutally so how can he stand up for someone like all these murderers he is standing up for?

This is a real fucked up world.

  • @Ssmith5307 Well being as I know nothing about Roman Polanski I can't speak on his crimes. However I do not decide someone's guilt or innocence by their celebrity endorsements. But facts of the case are just that. They fought for 18 long years for what they knew was the truth. They have DNA that proves they were no where near the boys body's. Yes this is a messed up world but each case if different. And in this case the evidence shows innocents.

  • @Ssmith5307 But I have to say one thing about Johnny Depp. Although I have not really liked his acting sense his 21 Jump Street days I do have to admire he stood up for what he believed. He went against society. I admire a man who stands up for his convictions on facts and not total emotions. But it was said right by another viewer "6 boys lives were taken that day".

  • @Ssmith5307 Baldwin took the deal because he did all the bad s... to those boys and Echols got the blame because he was old enough for the Death penalty. Baldwin didn't want to risk spending life in the pen knowing Echols took the needle for him.

  • @DrHogfan echols needed the needle so Jason made a bad decision

  • THE WM3R3

  • so glad you are out boys enjoy the world and everything in it.. ALL THE BEST FROM SCOTLAND

  • I'm overjoyed that the guys are finally free to live the rest of their lives in relative peace. I hope that justice does eventually prevail & the real murderer/s are caught & dealt with.

  • the west memphis three are free today. i am so fucking happy. i have never felt emotions like this.

  • I've been waiting for this day for a long time.

  • My heart soars today. Three young men are freed from injustice and lies. I am so angry and how our legal system did not go after the real guilty person. I am ashamed to admit, I also thought it was John and for that I am so sorry. Lets get justice for all 6 children killed that day.

  • @lesliecen That last line will stick with me for a while because I can't agree more!

  • @lesliecen Ditto

  • I agree. My personal view is that a new Prosecutor was elected and had to close up the legal mess that was bleeding money. This was the quickest way to make this all go away. I'm only saying justice was done because of the fact these, now< men can fight from where they belong in their homes with their families. I feel sorry for the families that lost their children but these 3 men did not do it. And in my book the DNA cleared them.

  • @TheBipolarPrincess thank yo so much for posting this and great comment by the way!!!

  • @TheBipolarPrincess My opinion they are guilty

  • @Ssmith5307 Why? I love to know your feelings on this. All I can say is that they have DNA evidence that does not link anyone of them to this horrible crime. I hope we can have an open decision rather then because I know or I feel it. I would just like to know what your basing your opinion on.

  • There is no justice. Three innocent men we're freed by having to admit guild so the state could cover there asses.

  • @jcamp84 Welcome to our broken justice system

  • @jcamp84 Not Innocent! Echols first scam to get out was to remove a concrete block from the wall and crawl into another cell and have a black guy screw him in the a#$ and claim rape. He was caught then and just as guilty of it as he was raping and killing those three little boys. Send him here for some real justice
