THIS IS NOT A SPIDER BITE!!! IT IS A BOIL GONE BAD!!! I'm a doctor that deals with all sorts of fantastic skin disorders and I've seen many spider bites and they just don't act this way. This is just a really really infected boil deep under the skin. It would be interesting to see what kind of scar that left him. If you ever get a boil, use a hot compress on it and boil ease to ripen it and let it drain on its own. an infected boil can spread everywhere and do serious damage!
