I had the PRIVILEGE of meeting Carol when was a waiter at the "Bistro Garden" in B.H. WAY back in 1990....(Never mind, don't ask my age....LOL).

My grandma and I used to watch her every Sat night. We laughed until we almost peed. The point? When I told Carol that these were some of the most precious memories of my childhood, she burst into tears and said that's why she did the show.

We talked more and I can honestly say, she was the most genuinely nice person I've ever met....famous or not.

I grew up watching this show with my grandma and we used to laugh ourselves silly. As I got older I realized how much ground breaking Carol did on tv as a comedienne. AND as a dramatic actress, she got a Golden Globe nomination as best actress for the film "The Life of the Party", a true story. How could anyone not have heard as Carol Burnett? She was and is one of the funniest women ever. She is hilarious, I have spent many nights watching what ever old shows I could find. I watched her when I was little, and my whole family used to watch her variety show and howl. She has caused me to almost p... my pants many times.
