The galactic alignment that people talk about is not an alignment of all the planets in the whole universe, it's just a normal cycle that occurs every 26,000 years. This alignment will be between the sun in our solar system and the center of the galaxy, which, in theory, is a Quasar, or a super massive black whole.

The fact that he sites THE BIBLE as a reputable source of prophecy shows that this guy is NOT a real scientist. The Earth does not move through the galaxy like that, nothing does, and nothing can cause it to do so.
There is also no flat disk of high gravity, the reason so many galaxies a disk-shaped is because they SPIN. It's the same for our solar system (for the most part). There is no "Galactic Equinox".

Maybe this is the reason for the building on the Big Bang Machine? It's gonna be used to find out ways in which this event could be prevented or altered? The alignment of the Milky Way could cause a black hole or the magnetic current to shift drastically and cause devastation. They say this happens every 26000 years so kinda gives me some peace of mind cause humans have been around longer than that. The galactic alignment that people talk about is not an alignment of all the planets in the whole universe, it's just a normal cycle that occurs every 26,000 years. This alignment will be between the sun in our solar system and the center of the galaxy, which, in theory, is a Quasar, or a super massive black whole.
