  • yo dawg, i herd you like sitcoms

  • Indeed.

  • I admire your apparently encyclopedic knowledge of sitcom history. *nerd nod*

  • Even though this show is interesting, I am watching it only to see Molly :D

  • ლ(ಠ益ಠლ HEAD HURT!

  • .....not a paradox...just some producer who went, i think i can make a show for you! and done

  • i once shared a universe untill i took an arrow to the knee

  • is this bitch retarded?

  • And since everything leads to Kevin Bacon, all the universes are parallel and exist in the same time. Take that logic!

  • because they watch him on tool time, he was acting, lawyered.

  • You got it wrong. Metropolis does exist and so does New York.

  • Tim Taylor is REAL in The Drew Carey Show world as evidenced by the fact that he stars in a DIY video. It's a DIY video they are watching, it's not an episode of Tool Time. Since Tim Taylor is real, not a character, it is possible for Tim Allen and Tim Taylor to both exist in Drew's universe

  • The one thing about TV is imagination and fantasy worlds, if you want to take that away from it, all is left is the news and alot of bullshit.

I don't own a tv set anyways, It dumbs u down

  • It's not a paradox, Molly. It's so simple! Superman flew from Metropolis to New York City!

  • It's just fiction, love, don't hurt yourself...

  • @MrAndroidGeek I Think they are kynda pushed outwards. Loverly :) :)

  • this is stupid...its television..im gona go back to watching philosophy videos

  • all i have truly learned is i watch too much tv

  • 3:40 OF COURSE IT'S THE REAL SUPERMAN. stoopid!!

  • OMG television is not completely congruous

  • Hollywood is controlled by the Jews and anti-White so I have no need for that kind of "entertainment" anyway.

  • To quote Tim Allen playing Jason Nesbit in the movie Galaxy Quest "It's (they are) just (a) television show thats all, okay?"

  • @SpartanStig117 Im embarassed to say Ive seen that movie...

  • @Nickingeorge theres nothing wrong with that movie lol

  • If Molly's and my universe collided I feel it would create magic.....and stained sheets

  • An other was on icarly where the show drake and Josh was on the tv sound and she played Magon and Spenser on I Carly played a crazy movie inploy

  • oh else ran tht shit in 720p just for the fit bird

  • Wow. Jeez, Molly, you struck commenter gold with this one. YT comments are where intelligence goes to die a slow, slow death. And politeness. I liked your video, and I guess I am sorry that you have garnered a fabulous collection of basic trolls, loser pervs, arrogant assholes and pedastil-ising weirdos. The ratio to decent comments is unfortunate for what was a pretty informative/interesting video :/ (Ah, the joys of internet ~ANONYMITY~)

  • Yeah i thought the same thing AburKadabur thought, I mean damn he is superman faster than a speeding bullet, he can be where ever he pleases.

  • but in recent superman history superman is giving up his usa citizenship to be a hero of the world which makes this possable

  • don't think so much

  • there's a fallacy of equivocation here...she is equivocating the character to the actor.

  • as beaten as mind is right now i still let Molly screw with my mind even more.

  • she is the best.

  • Mind=blown. How do you know all this?!

  • Not a paradox. Just bad writing.

  • Mooooolllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Cool episode. But on your conclusion about Superman, you don't have your facts exactly straight. In the Superman universe (The DC Universe that is) New York City exists. Superman could very well have flown from his normal stomping grounds in Metropolis to New York City for some unknown reason and just happened upon Lucy in distress.

  • @AburKadabur Forgive her. She's being a pedantic blonde.

  • What about the TV show Las Vegas...that show had a crap ton of crossovers and guest appearances. For example, they had Jean Claude Van Dam play himself making a movie at the casino. In a rare move, they actually kill him (not the character Jean Claude was playing in the movie being made at the casino but the character of actor Jean Claude). Is there some sort of paradox there or am I mistaken?

  • I explained it now, is it still funny?

  • wow how many of you are hung up on this girl? damn...you lot need to be getting out

Okay so I clicked cos I thought she looked okay...(hey i think with my penis and proud of it) and now im leaving because she is trying to brainwash me on something about terrorism so adios i no speaky english so no understand moving picture RESPECT TO Dick VAN DYKE LEGEND!!! chim chimney chim chirrooo...

  • superman is canadian

  • In the Fleischer cartoons of the 1940's Superman lived in New York instead of Metropolis. I love how she didn't mention "Joanie Loves Chachi"

  • or for the i love lucy parodox they could have been in the new york of the metropolist univeivers and superman was passing sice i love lucy is a fictional show and any thing could happen or ricky at the last second hired a superman and they caed him superman to not crush their sons dream also this was alot to type

  • It's not actually a problem at all, is it...

  • I have hardly seen any of those series.

  • shes not english, shes australian

  • @rberry978 Ofcourse she's not english, she's attractive...

  • @Druggy24 well she certainly isnt american then

  • @Druggy24

She can't be American the, otherwise she would be a whale.

  • @rberry978

    She's English, not Aussie.

  • @millard27 im english, i know the fucking difference

  • @rberry978

Haha you must be retarded then? It's clearly an English accent and she is English.

  • @millard27 ill just leave you to it, i couldnt give a fuck about this lol

  • As I understand it, the producers were deliberately ambiguous on the Superman issue because they didn't want to crush the dreams of any 1950's children who thought he was real.

So Molly, I hope you just enjoyed breaking the heart of some 63 year old guy out there.

  • The Holy Bible prophecy is Gog and Magog; first you must face down Gog, and next comes Magog, and then we are facing the Dragon (nature and civilization) and to defeat Magog we must use stronger measures: Real life example World War One Germany (Gog) created World War Two Germany (Magog), for 65-years military bases in Germany, Dragon attacked. Gog and Magog turned into abstracted ideas of our problems.

  • @AhmetBarberi67 ...no!

  • My Thoughts on this video

    - 0 secnds in - "Oh boy, sitcom paradox, sounds interesting!"

    - 4:24 in - (head falls onto the keyboard from too much infomation)

    - 1:08 seconds after video finishes - (Head explodes)

  • but superman saves people across the world even though he lives in metropolis

  • This lady thinks that the people a really in the box...

  • talks about irrelevent shit that no one cares about. jeez, what is this? Stupid shit to make a video over and a dumb reason to be upset

  • man she's an annoying ass fucking nerd...

  • i'm confused...

  • You know what show can't share a universe with any other show? BBC's Sherlock. Because it's basically out nowadays 21st century world, but without Conan Doyle ever having written the Sherlock Holmes stories.

And I can think of no other show that takes place in the 21st centuries and doesn't have some random pop culture reference to Sherlock Holmes, ever, and if it#s just someone saying "No shit, Sherlock".

  • I think I'm in love with this girl.

  • They're sitcoms let's not take them too seriously :D

  • nice arm fat bitch

  • i didnt understand a word of this.

  • BIG BOOBS!!!

  • tits or GTFO

  • "oh how i abhor TV" molly says, but if u hate TV, u must hate being on youtube (a form of TV), but if u hated youtube, u would avoid it or be hostile when u had to associate urself with it, but YOU made the choice to YOUTUBE, and with a smile i might add, ha! paradox molly, paradox!

  • Perhaps they were watching Home Improvement the sitcom. lol

  • That's like when The Simpsons did that episode with Mulder & Scully, and then about 2 years later there was an episode of The X-Files where one of the characters was watching The Simpsons. It's like, if The Simpsons is a TV show in the world of the X-Files, then what if one of the characters saw that episode with Mulder & Scully???

  • Maude was Edith's cousin, not sister. But I still love you, Molly.

  • this happend to doctor who also with torchwood many times

  • ahh i miss the drew carey show :D

  • Metropolis is a city in southern Illinois. They even have a gigantic statue of superman so I would say the character is fiction not the city.

  • THese paradoxes drove me insane

  • Thie actor factor is bunk in this paradox. The same actor can represent separate characters (even themselves) in the same or multiple universes without causing paradoxes.

The only place I even see this as being applicable is where there is a lack of continuity (which is see in comics books often) where a character affects the universe in a way in which couldn't possibly happen in the other universe.

E.g. Watchmen is seperate from the DC universe as John is the only SPB in that universe.

  • Molly is a Paradox.

  • It could have been possible that Tim Allen actually made self-help videos in Drew Carrey's universe as his Home Improvement character.

  • I'm honestly surprised people are still commenting on this video...

  • The logic of the inconsistency of logic is illogical at best, and yet still consistent.

  • The twins paradox was well known to the Prussian Imperial family, c.1505-1577 and again 1601-1841. Some even wore a feather in their cap to celebrate it !! But the other thing is that Superman could travel through time & space, so np there. And the X-Files is a documentary series according to recent surveys conducted in small town USA.

  • Answer one: (Characters on show A watching show B) theres a simple explanation for this one... The characters watching television (show A) are watching old reruns (show B), which means the character on show B can watch along with the characters on show A, can be older, or even dead. id like to hear what u think about that.

And the Superman Paradox... It's Superman, he can fly anywhere, he just LIVED in Metropolis. no one refers to Superman as Clark Kent either. Cape = Superman. glasses = Clark K

  • molly babe its tv not real life babe i think ur jelious cuz bbc is not that cleavor chin up babe

  • but... superman is... superman? yno, can travel faster than the speed of light, flys up into space to hear the cries for help of earths citizens.. that guy.

  • @Jimm607 he can't go faster than the speed of light.

  • @Riyoshi91 precrysis superman can. a lot faster than the speed of light. hell, precrysis can move as fast as he wants, he was sent to a black hole at the other side of the universe and was back in meer minutes, if thats not faster than the speed of light i dont know what is.

  • @Jimm607 Original superman was faster than a train a couldn't even fly :P

  • @Riyoshi91 theres a lot of difference between the different ages of superman ¬_¬

  • Yes,I needed to brush up on PARADOXE'S.I making a comic book called the paradox...based on impossible illusions

  • Isn't superman... super? So he can fly where ever he want's. Well, all for show bis, eh?

  • i thought there would be bigger paradoxes, like a city blowing up in one universe but not in the other.

  • molly's going to make her own sitcom, that'll show the networks a lesson.

  • She is so cute her smile lights up the room :)

  • a fallacy is a modern myth././.\.\.

    that is seen as true

  • As I stated earlier, fallacious argument denies the attribution of truth. Which is a requirement of a paradox. This is not a paradox. It is simply not true. Which meets the common sense check because its fictional TV.

  • she is beautiful but who says that superman cannot travel through dimensions? maybe in the superman dimension metropolis is nyc and he can travel back and forth...ok in nutz.....

  • My fallacy arises whenever I see Molly.

  • When smart people watch too much tv..

  • samrt

  • In the depressingly popular true to life soap opera East Enders, why doesn't anyone watch East Enders?

  • The Sitcom that "All in the Family" originates from is a UK sitcom :

    TILL DEATH US DO PART

    TILL DEATH DO US PART

    ???

I think that is the right name.

It is a UK TV classic, but some episodes are lost due to archiving issues.

  • Oh do fuck off.

  • THEIR ACTORS

  • LOL@EmperorOfMars

  • thank you...i just stumbled on this...and its fine...it wasted 5 minutes of my time... i was going to put a comment but decicded to just thumbs up yours...even though it's they're (they are)...but whatever.

  • Judaism has a spin off where the Messiah has already turned up. It's proving hugely more popular than the original series...

  • you're looking way too far into this

  • I found another one in Friends.

In Season 6 of friend Bruce Willis plays the father of a student Ross is dating.

In a later season there is an episode where Ross Joey and Chandler are all watching Die Hard which Bruce Willis stars in.

    ahh

  • Santa Claus exists,or this sentence is

    false.

    Now you know.

If Santa Claus does not exist, the first

    sentence is still true.

But that sentence tells us Santa Exists.

    Which is it>?

  • lol that was good but it makes me wonder who has time to think about this shit

  • she's perfect

  • @gundabalf i think she's left handed.

    peace, lardo.

  • @gundabalf I have to agree. My idea of a perfect girl!

  • @gundabalf very so.

  • Maybe not a 10... but you do have to admit she has a certain attainability factor that definately adds to her natural charm

  • Ain't nothing attainable about pretty English girls.

  • Time you get a make up artist, your hair needs work, your face needs work. Your lipstick is smearing as well as your eye liner. Your hair is greasy and oily, cloths' are wrinkled.

You just got out of bed didn't you ?

  • Don't listen to mastiorgay, he's probably gay. But we know he's a troll for sure.

Because you sure can't see smearing lipstick or eyeliner, and clothes aren't wrinkled, its the way the dress is made. You are a moron troll, I'm done with you gay loser.

  • Oh btw, get a life idiot troll.

  • She is perfect. A little innocent maybe, but her eyes are pure.

  • superman can fly at super speeds all over the earth, he may live in one city, but he has saved people in cities accross the world

  • are you ever living in a dream world. Moron, You live life with your head in the clouds.

  • o har har, its called speaking hypothetically

  • an interesting paradox is when they make a movie about the life of another actot. for instance

James Brolin potraid Clark Gable in a movie called Gable and Lombard...NOW, when they decide to make a movie about the life of Brolin and get to the part when JB potraid CG the new actor will portray an actor who's potraying an actor...now when they decide to make a movie about the life of the actor and they get to the part when he potrayed JB: an actor potraying an actor potraying an actor etc etc.

  • Where do I send A Hair Brush .. ?

  • Her hair is beautiful just the way it is

  • Comment removed

  • Only reason you say this is probably because you're as ugly as hell and only wish you can be as pretty as Molly even with messy hair. Not only you, but we all know it.

  • she hasn't used a brush in that hair for days

  • @mastior - who cares she as the prettiest girl on Earth, I'd bang her something awful

  • She is attractive, could be more so if she improved herself.

    She's not that hot.

  • She doesn't have to improve a thing. It's very obvious that you are gay, I have nothing against you people because I do believe that it isn't a choice to be gay, you are born gay.

  • GIVE HER a BRUSH, some one repair that make up too

    I'll give her a 5

  • @gaymastior - Yes, you are obvioysly gay, someone as pretty as her don't need makeup, I understand a gay saying a very pretty girl is a 5, no one will beat the 10 of a gays boyfriend.

  • NOOO apparently your taste is less than the Standards.

All you can attract is a 5 POOR YOU, I never said she was UGLY.

She'd be prettier with her hair in order, her hair is a mess. SLOPPY, she's not doing the weather, she not in the wind,

WHERE do I send the brush ?

  • @mastior i dick happened to er.....YEA

  • What about the connection between the Newhart and the Bob Newhart show, how one show ended up being a dream inside of the other show?

  • Is this like a news channel?

  • Sort of.

  • yea it is for people that don't understand the paradox =/

  • You have WAY too much time on your hands. Pick up a book. Put down the remote control!!!

  • Poser, this sounds like crap, she is reading out an essay of some boffin who has actualy noticed this bull honky, no-one talks like this - Grow up Molly

  • Maybe, but she's not just talking is she. She's narrating/presenting and most narrators/presenters do narrate/present pretty much like that and a lot probably read something someone else has written. Not saying she's good at it mind, but I definitely would.

  • lol FUNNY!!!

  • Your brain... it runs slow?

  • i dont think so...have you ever tried to understand something like this in a nother language?well i doubt..

  • It's not hard to understand...unless you don't know English well

  • do you speak languages?apart from english?

  • coz in my country we do not have these sitcoms,we dont have these names and we dont speak english.

  • she says she dosent like Tv... but really i think she watches to much of it

cause in REALITY no one actually reads into this stuff

  • I Dont really see how this is a paradox.

  • ...Cheap, 2D, throw-away characters are so beloved that they refuse to die?

Or, is it an illustration of what "Not Internally Consistent" does to a theory?

    It's a metaphor - I think she's poking fun at Jeebus.

  • she's smart and beautiful.

    What's her name?

  • It's just a TV show. Why think so hard

  • I love logic :) Thanks for making this :)

  • I don't think that watching a tv show makes the people in it real, I mean, I can watch House MD, but see Hugh Laurie in real life. The Urkel paradox on the other hand is real.

  • mollymollymolly..iloveuuuuuuu

  • i luv u mememolly!

  • you are a cute doll...

  • jolly good paradox.

    OXOXXXOOOOXX molly

  • i thought you would use buffy and angel as an example.

  • LOL i just love this girl!

  • Dude, Superman saves people outside of Metropolis all the time. He's freaking Superman, it's not at all difficult to assume he flew to NYC to save Lucy. Faster then a speeding bullet and all that,

  • Yeah, no kidding. :-/

  • What about Buffy the vampire slayer and angel? LOL! That one most people remember.

  • tv-junky?

  • hmm never noticed that
