dont use the same solution for bth eyes! infection can pass from one eye to the other.
and i doubt that lady's eyes would feel better immediatley seen as though she barley did the second eye lol

Risk of contamination: it is certainly not a good idea to use the same liquid on both eyes. Better rinse the eye bath and fill it with new sole.

I find that mixing the salt with vinegar instead of water provides better relief.
