@mchllwoods Yes they can be taken apart or at least the one I had that is in the vidoe could be.

don't you think it would be better to spin, if you put the base on your knees or on a low table ? Your arms will not be tired ...

@babacoool00 When I was filming, i put it on the table to be able to film it better. I used to use it on a lower table but now it is in a new home as I have a wheel.
