My "Bestest Girlfriend Evar" (even if has been some 28 years since we were boyfriend/girlfriend - the "friend" part kinda stuck all this time since) took me to see the Martinez, CA performance of this (with a local theater group) for our mutual birthday celebration.

My observation: Wonderful fun, and they cut the run far too short. Well, it was the second run - they did it 6 months previous, and generated buzz out of the blue.

But, yes, this should be a reoccurring event. For EVAR. :-)

I took my kids to see this on March 22...it was brilliant!! RYAN WARD was too phuquing funny, and so reminiscent of a young Bruce Campbell

the entire cast was absolutely wonderful and my daughter had the best birthday ever because of it. The blood coming from the sprinkler system was neat too..lol

The theater i work for has a cabaret and they are doing this show next year. they are apparently gonna use so much blood, the are gonna use so much blood they're gonna put in three rows of theater seats and hand out ponchos to to the people sitting there. i believe i get 2 free tickets cuz i work at their other theater.

This is the best musical I've ever seen (and I've been to a LOT. I'm a musical buff.) It's coming back to Toronto so I'm seeing it again. It it comes to your area, it's a must that you see it.

And don't be a wuss. Sit in the "Splatter zone." There's nothing like being soaked in blood at a show.
