I serached the internet for a "kalakai" authentic recipe and I could not find any. Do you think any of the ladies in this video knows the recipe? I tried to make it, it was ok but it was not quite like the one I remember from childhood. I would love to come to New York when you meet again in 2010. I might persuade more people to come from Toronto, it would be fun!

@eAlyssa I will try to find out, but it is pretty simple, the ground beef gets ground onions and salt and pepper, the dough is just egg water and i think some yeast but you dont want it to be like cake dough, but i will ask my wife and let you know
