While Wonder Woman was distracted lifting up the Russian, his friend should have aimed his machinegun at the two Chinese agents and threatened to kill them unless she remove her belt & lasso and bracelets and hand them over to his friend and surrender herself to them.Then one of the Russians would have been able to tie her up with her own golden lasso and be taken prisoner.
