Good instruction. I picked a couple of Justin's backing tracks form iTunes today. They sound pretty good. Can't wait to get started working scales and beginner licks with them.
Good lesson, but I just have one thing to say: instead of counting "1+2+3+4+," it's a good habit to count "1+a2+a3+a4+a" (triplets). It helps a lot with rhythm accuracy.
try soloing over this with a metronome and count the bars out in your head as your playing so you can switch to soloing over the other chords it helped me muchly
Justin I learned all the basics off of your videos and more. I've now been playing for 2 years. I just want to thank you soo so so much. Without you I wouldn't be the guitar player I am today. I tell all my friends who want to learn guitar to visit your site.
Hi justin I know a lot of Bar variations too, could you also show us some extraordinary Bar variations (if your not to busy playing with the famous girl whos name I forgot haha) cheers! -didnt see a video in a long time from you anyway you did an awesome job already
if i had to learn to play guitar like this it wouldve grated on my fucking nerves so badly i wouldve put the damn instrument down all together. fuckin aye man i have no patience for learning shit so slowly

Nice tutorial, gonna go home and try that out.
Like the improv ideas, strum practice can be a wee bit boring.
