This phone is a rip! Do NOT get it. It scratches very easily, and it is very slow. The more you take your back off it gets easier and easier until it just slides off with a touch. I don't recommend getting this phone. I will NEVER get this phone again.

I've had this phone for two years. This phone is a completely solid phone. Just invest in a cheap screen protector for the touchscreen and a cheap case and you'll be set for two years. It takes like two hundred messages before it gets full. Its kinda low but gets you through about 2-3 days. Just keep constantly deleting the conversations when its over. I give it a 4/5. Great photos. Never used the internet or anything. Never needed it.

i had this phone for 2 years and upgrading today.. overall i have to say it is a good phone, the touch sensitive screen was good in the beginning but now it has been completely shot. the texting on this is amazing! the keyboard is really good and i love the thread text messaging all in all this was a really good phone and i would recommend it to any who is a heavy texter and doesn't like using touch screen to type something XD! keyboard is the best thing about this phone by far!

ive had this phone since last Novemeber....and...it sucks. im 13 and i text alot and go on the internet alot...and if you drop it there will be many scratches on the outside of the phone...and the back will definitly break or continue to fall off,i have to use tape on the back of my phone to keep the back cover in place. this is a beginer phone,not even close to being good for internet.

And I don't understand how he could have done this video in 7:31 when, he turned the phone on at 7:12 and ended at 7:21 on the phone which is at least 8 or 9 minutes plus the time he took to unbox it and everything. Or else im just stupid.

Video quality is terrible It's difficult to hang up unless u open the phone, but that sorta depends on what u set the LED touch screen sensitivity level to. Over all its an amazing phone

Something that the poster of the video might have forgotten to tell you was that to use mobile mail, the att product, they charge you 5 extra dollars a month. And it will limit the amount of text that you can enter into an email. They do not tell you that, but its true. You would be better off getting an after program. There are a few out there that are pretty good. And even gmail, and yahoo have an app for it. The only thing that the mobile mail is good for is that it beeps when mail comes.

@kaelakne14 its the best phone i have it now its blue what color u have and its very durable. i drop my phone all the time and have no marks on it at all and its very fast workin. you have to get use to the keyboard like i did if u never had a keyboard and if you have a web them it works good but sometimes it can b slow but its awesome make sure you dont forget to exit it out or it will run ur battery out. overall my rating on this for is an A+ :)

Have this phone at the moment. Nice phone over all. Great for texting. Not a big fan of the external keys, they glitch a lot when making or receiving calls. The phone also tends to freeze up and require you to shut it off and then turn it back on again. Other than that it's a very nice phone and I would recommend it :)

I just got this phone and it works like a dream. Best phone I've ever had. I was a little worried about the front touch screen being well touchy, but you can play around with the sensitivity settings to find one that works best for you. The battery life is also great. When you take it out of the box the battery has a little charge, that little charge lasted me almost two days with heavy texting. No complaints. It's a great buy :)

@mr5353 This one definitely..... the Pursuit is too small and awkward, the keyboard is kinda small, and the camera washes out colors and photos come out blurry, and the front scratches easily.  The Impact is a lot better.
