@themeleed ; exactly, without DUE PROCESS which is almost gone here in the US. Our elections are rigged. The central banks and their member banks are running everything, robbing us all blind. The federal government has turned into nothing more than an enslavement machine and collection agency for the banksters. We've got some serious work to do. It starts with taking our elections back, making them auditable again, and RESISTING their garbage with all we've got.

Most judges like the power to play god with other peoples lives. Most don't give a rats ass about what is right or wrong, just what they want to do or whats in it for them. Unfortunately I can't think of a peaceful way of dealing with such behavior. Well I guess I said enough on that. Stay strong.

If you read the law you'd have told her to sign "without prejudice" which is what you do when it's under duress. It makes the signature non-binding.

@metalkrafter1 At least you say most. I had a pretty good experience back in January with a very young judge over a small charge, but I had to sit in court all day and watch how he treated other cases and he seemed rather fair. Maybe some of the younger generations are now starting to see what we all see, or maybe they just haven't been corrupted yet.

Like you said, most are bad. But not all of em, as I know from experience. I do know of some bad ones from experience as well, though. -_-

@ChaostheClown it all depends on how high the court or case is , municipal judges are 50-50 but when you go higher than those it all depends on what the politicians want in a case.

I just thought of something. Judges are are required to show their oath, and ALSO to file in the public records (clerk should have it) a affidavit of financial interests.

This Judge may B directly benefiting from some interest that is adverse 2 your girlfriend's, which causes such unfair rulings. You need to get rid of this Judge ASAP. It's your only hope. FIND A WAY. Do your own research and figure it out. It CAN be done. (I did it to 3 different Judges). Attorneys won't go after judges.

Criminal Complaint against the Judge, Attorney, Banks, etc completed in AFIDAVIT form. An Afidavit is powerful. It can't be dismissed by the judge. Your afidavit stands as truth unless it is properly rebutted. It can't be denied by the judge. @NascarL4806; this guy also need to look into the true extent of the "immunity" of cops who are NOT in the act carrying out any LAWFUL duties in support of the requests made by DHS/CPS.

I had a similar situation down in Texas some years back and I found that you need to go after EACH PARTY that is supporting the illegal acts. Hold them personally liable. Sue them. It discourages their continued illegal acts, because now they have to defend the lawsuit.
