It's soooooo obvious! Clearly Janelle wants to hook up with him, he is refusing because he loves Erin, and she is mad and offended because he lead her on. She was trying to seduce him and he wouldn't do it! I have been in an identical situation with a guy before and done the same thing as she did (not proud, just sayin). That's why he called her a psycho... annoying cause guys just loooooove to call girls psychos... especially when well, we're kinda being psychos.
they were fighting because janelle was giving more then will was giving. he had erin at home and was basically telling janelle to wait until after the show and it sounds like he rejected her advances.

They are both ruthless, heartless snakes and deserve each other. But personally, I would be highly entertained if she dumped his butt.
