Kosovo is called Kosovo as in the name of the state in Serbo Croatian. The only time Kosovo is called KosovA is when you are talking about Kosovo as your home and not a state. Albanians do not understand basic grammer. Both Kosovo and Kosova were Serbian words used to describe Kosovo as a place and an area.
