I'm not sure who you are trying to mislead but this is not correct. Why are you lying about this? No one man goes on a fulltime mission without being an Elder. You would have been called Elder Burai. The fact that he was still a priest 16 years later tells me that he was inactive, which means he served nothing in the church or the priesthood for most of those years.
