I don't think she's out of touch either, I mean, have you SEEN her photos? Nothing about her photos is out of touch. I think Flo's response was meant to be a bit facetious, and if you're unsure...ask her. P.S. Non-medical marijuana has been offically decriminalized in New York state, where Flo lives- however, it is still illegal on a federal level.
