I also find it ironic that these people complain about the room being stacked, when people like Rush Limbaugh coach them on how to take over the room and make it look as if they're in the majority.

ALL protestors should have been kept outside, as the ones inside disrupted the meeting, and the people who actually wanted to discuss health care reform couldn't do so. Shoulda tased all those people who disrupted the meeting on the inside.

1) This video falsely says that protestors were not allowed into the meeting. All you have to do is watch one of the videos on here shot from inside the meeting to see it was totally disrupted by the protestors INSIDE. This equals a lie.
2) Within reason are the key words there. Once the disrupt the meeting with shouting to a point that no discourse can go on, then they are infringing on others rights, and bodering on disorderly conduct. They should have been moved to outside also

And to the frog: What's the current TVA rate? (nat'l sales tax) It was 18.6% when I visited Paris - 20 YEARS ago! That, of course, in addition to an enormous income tax rate to boot.....yeah, France is wonderful. FYI I did enjoy Paris, at least. But everything over there was at least 2x as costly as in the USA except French wine!

Your wrong. According to the newscast there were 300-400 protestors outside and more in the hallways.
People got upset when union workers were given reserved seating, allowed proponents wearing purple shirts into it, and closed the doors.
We had race riots during the 60s for far less than that. Instead of buying the line these are protestors getting bused in from insurance companies they should be trying to "sell" the healthcare reform.

They push their own agenda through bullying, intimidation, and blackmail, then claim that anything different that's proposed isn't legitimate, isn't from everyday citizens, is manufactured & pushed by corporations, and ridicule then dismiss it. I was there! We were near the front of the line. When the doors were opened, we saw that about half the seats were already occupied. It was obvious the organizers were stacking the audience with supporters.
It's true the meeting became loud. People because loud because we were hearing the same-old same-old.
If Rep Castor had actually responded to skeptics' valid questions, people would be more willing to listen. As it was, she blew us off. She did not advance her cause.

ALL protestors should have been kept outside, as the ones inside disrupted the meeting, and the people who actually wanted to discuss health care reform couldn't do so. Shoulda tased all those people who disrupted the meeting on the inside.

1) This video falsely says that protestors were not allowed into the meeting. All you have to do is watch one of the videos on here shot from inside the meeting to see it was totally disrupted by the protestors INSIDE. This equals a lie.
2) Within reason are the key words there. Once the disrupt the meeting with shouting to a point that no discourse can go on, then they are infringing on others rights, and bodering on disorderly conduct. They should have been moved to outside also
