Hey Soldier, do you ever respond to these comments anymore? I bought a Trackpad after watching your review. It works and is great, but it's very hard on my wrist after just a few minutes. I can't rest my fingers on the trackpad either cause the pointer'll scroll around.... How are you overcoming these problems?

Quick question though.. My wife and I are purchasing a iMac for the first time ever (long time windows user) is the trackpad a better option over the magic mouse?

We don't want both, we don't edit videos and the only gamer is me and that's solely on xbox.

@jbizzie18 if u used a laptop, i recomend the trackpad, if u used desktop with mouse, reccomend magic mouse, or just a normal mouse that works with mac, if ur going to do alot of gaming, dont expect the windows gaming thing, its not for gaming, iits for ease of use

I use to be a tech for the apple dept. in cali. they don't produce anything that goes inside of their machines ever since the power pc processor. they buy their shit from toshiba, sanyo, sony, intel and many others an just put the shit together. don't believe me go look at an iphone dissassembly video and all the parts inside.. @schootingstarr Some people, like me, prefer them. Macs also have acceleration on their pads so tiny movements are slow and large movements are fast. (We also have gestures on Macs and it pads help with RSI for the record.)

Here's an idea for Apple, combine the track-pad and the keyboard, then add a back-light for the keyboard and make it chargeable by USB/ Mini / Micro USB... as a native PC user, I would totaly buy that :D

Thank you for the straight forward review. Too many reviews out there about the Magic Pad that aren't true reviews. Im still debating on purchasing one. I have only owned an iMac so I am not familiar with Apple's technology on their notebooks. Im sure its an adjustment going from a mouse to the MP.
