chage the pullys (big in from small in back) and remove the govineor and put a throttle on it

i govineor is what holds the motor back from it true penitential i guess thats how its spelt but what it does is restricts the amount of power and speed a motor can give out and wont let it go any faster or get any more power once u get to that point and if u want a realy fast raceing lawnmower u MUST remove it or ur just gona have a half ass slow lawn mower

or if you dont want to do that you can find the lever to the govener and when you pull on it it makes the mower have more power you tie a string to that lever and pull it and it does the same thing as removing it its just easier to do
