@TheSiddiqui008 The F-22 can go mach 1,5 without afterburner. it increases range, and makes the heat signature smaller, therefore avoiding IR guided missiles and detection systems. it also decreases the the sound it makes, and therefore reducing its acoustic signature :)

Even updated MiG-21 aircraft don't have the airborne intercept capability to stand up to pretty much anything. The only upside to them is that there are buttloads of them out there. Again, the MiG-25 is fast. That's all it can do. It can intercept a slow-moving bomber and shoot at it, but it can't do anything else. It will never engage a fighter air-to-air because it can't turn for jack. It's main tactic is to blow through the merge and get away as fast as it can.
The MiG-23 is definately the aircraft in dispute...just look at the nose. The MiG-27 Flogger looks like someone stepped on the nose and flattened it. And the Rafale? A top military aircraft? What a joke!!! And the MiG-21? What a piece of sh**. Not to mention the MiG-25. It's fast, and that's about it.

that isn't a lightning, the lighting has two rudders, the aircraft at 4:25 has one.

Even though I think the Typhoon is a heckuva fighter jet, am I the only one who dislikes delta wings? I get what they do, they just LOOK less graceful.

Nice video. Music matches the pictures too. Some of the older aircraft are the sexiest, most of the latest stealth designs look like they're made out of Lego!
