I read from quite a few reliable sources thatt ALL grass is drinkable/juicable. I cut wild grass every day and juice it like wheatgrass. There are hundreds of different grasses,I dont know why wheat is the most popular one. They say just the liquid is good and digestable, not the fiber part.

All of these dandelions are edible. But, the yellow blossoms of the plant with fuzzy leaves (cat's ear) are very bitter so I just eat the leaves of this plant before it goes to seed.

i have found lots of dandilion look alikes u know , like some that look similair but stay kinda small and even get fuzzy hairs. Some dandilions have a tooth design and some seem round without the tooth design. are these all dandilions or should i just stick to the ones with yellow flower tops.

what i want to know is if you grow them under somthing so there white and not bitter, do they have the same amount of vitamin a?

YOU'RE AWESOME! Dandelions are densely nutritious and abundant. I didn't know about harvesting them after seeding to reduce the bitterness, my parents must have known this since they pick and prepare them. We're Sicilian, and it seems ALL Sicilians I know about dandelion. Thank you for sharing [08!

i tryed a dandelion leaves, they were really bitter, but its the middle of spring, so i picked them too late, but i heard there still bitter...

I had my first dandelion leaf yesterday. its really good! Then, i had a darker and more bitter one...I spit it out, lol. This morning, lolol...I gathered a bunch and made a salad! lol! Today, im gonna try my first blossom! Thanks for posting! Now im convinced they're good to eat!
