@djhavok yeah I figured that out a couple days after i bought him. The way the gun fit on mine was so loose it would fall off everytime i put it on so I just put the weapon over his hand and voila! As you said better look and better tightness.

There is a way to straighten his head and I can give you the link. But it requires cutting away plastic with sandpaper and an exacto knife. I don't dare do it, but if you want, be my guest.

Hey Peaugh, Cant remember if i commented on this review that you did on transformers universe/classic 2.0 Ironhide. So i thought i would check it out again in case i had not. @ any rate, After watching your video hear i realized that i did my transformation on this ironhide figure wrong!. Only on the legs portion. I had the legs turnd the oposite direction and the hip joint there not cliped down all the way. I know have it the right way. So ty! Great job in this vid!

I have the same problem with his waits disconnecting as I transform him. I agree that the paint could use some work and I hate the angle tilt on the head. I really hate how vehicle mode has all of those transformation lines though.

Just picked this up today actually, along with Sideswipe. This is an all around awesome figure... if it weren't for such stupid things going against it. I paint my Gundams anyway, so I'm planning to just go in with a silver brush to his face. The other windows aren't too visible from the way I have him posed so I'm not all that worried about them. And the head thing, again, with the pose I can do without going in and sanding down to fix it. Still one of the better Classics yet.

Oh yeah, also wanted to add- I actually keep his front tires at his hips. There's nothing wrong with how they fit into his back, except for maybe being a bit of a tight fit, but I just think it looks better all around.

While I applaud Hasbro for doing something with this toy it is a bit lame. This toy would be a million times better with just a few changes. The grille and brushgurard should be chromed. The blue face sucks! It needs paint! At least red paint. The toy seems so bland. I have mine disassembled right now and awaiting a repait maybe I will post it up when I finish it. Nice review though :O) Btw why does the license plate say Oregon?

Sometimes, I think Takara/Tomy/Hasbro designs these toys to pop apart on purpose. So many parents are buying these robots for young children. When the child dismantles it and crys for a new one, the parents have to buy a second one. That's what I think.

About the gun: you don't need to fold the hand out of the way, it can be inserted in the gun all the way in. Actually, it helps having the gattling gun or the sword fully extended.

Nice review mate but I have to say I really dont like this figure at all. The cracks and grooves in vehicle mode look bad and all the kibble in robot mode puts me off him in that mode. I personally now that they have sorted out the face with cardboard cut outs and a new snap on feature I prefer the Encore/G1 (and I know I'll get neg for that)
