I am of the opinion that KLM should invest their money in taking care of their customers and maintaining their aircraft. WORST airline ever. I was injured when the backrest of the seat in front of me collapsed unexpectedly during flight and hit me full on the top of my head. Severe injury to my cervical spine!

Well, I'm filipina too, but I love flying with KLM for 16 yrs together with my husband and kids. I love their staff very friendly, so comfortable, with snacks always... plus they hand a help esp.to passengers with infants. You could easily ask an extra drinks or meal for babies. They are just so comfortable to be with... In a year I flew more than 6 times by KLM

I think they cannot be compared, KLM has very experienced flightcrews, that are highly paid, Philippine Airlines has a worse safety record but i think mostly more friendly staff. KLM is the oldest flying airline in the world, and has the most experienced staff.

Klm flighs with boeing and airbus. Somebody said that boeing planes crashed more times then airbus. So i find it on the internet. It was true. Boeing crashed in 80 years 80+ times and airbus 30-35. But the reason that boeing crashed more is that boeing haves alot more planes than airbus. So i actually think that klm is better . Klm have crashed 8 times. Not with boeing 737. yes KLM may have a better fleet but it's the service of the flight attendants and the pilot of PAL that always makes me choose it for my trips ...the flight attendants are very friendly, courteous and caring...and the plane lands and takes off smoothly..all the time with PAL. kudos to PAL!

Dude hands down KLM wins. They have the most efficient planes in the world and there pilots have the best training.

Philippine airlines has a really bad fleet and the pilots training is shit. Training for them is flying a goddamn kite!

umm... i never rode the 747 of KLM cause they only use the 777 form manila to amsterdam and vice versa but umm i think they have the same cabin... they have AVOD's with games movies tv shows music and i think gambling too.... umm it's an excelent airline they really have good food....for now KLM is the best airline i've been on and the cabin is great :D hope you enjoy ur flight in october XD
